in the last weekYesterday my car along with two others were damaged in the car wash by the machine. Scratches are all over the side of my car. The manager took pictures and submitted claims for each of us and she closed the car wash to be evaluated. I received a notification today that the claim had been denied by Zipps and that the car wash could not cause damage to my car and that it was an isolated incident. This is a brand new car which is now damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH IF YOU DON’T WANT DAMAGE! The manager handled things well but clearly corporate doesn’t want to do what’s right.5 months agoTheir pricing is great, the service fantastic, and for me being slow and disabled having the free vacuums is nice I was able to go at my pace (which was slower than even I had allotted time to complete) and get everything vacuumed properly. They also have glass & surface cleaner with clean microfiber towels ready to go to do the final touches or a deep detailed clean like I did. The picture is the day after the 2nd time.I got the 24 Hour guarantee clean where I came the one day and then again the next day went back through after I removed all the things from my car and could proceed with a deep cleaning. I ran out of energy to even get the tires finished off, so maybe next time! I know my mother pays the monthly fee and goes through the carwash nearly every day. The manager was awesome and understanding with how long I was taking and no one said anything to me about it so I felt comfortable there.
5 months agoFor me to write a review for a car wash this place has to be good! It’s quick, simple, and leaves our cars looking as fresh as day one! Plus they add tire shine and a ceramic coat, making liquids glide off like water and oil. I also like that there are locations in multiple states so I’m able to stop anywhere as pollen and bird season picks up. One thing I’d recommend they do is start taping down customers’ shark fin antennas. Another wash in town does this to ensure their equipment doesn’t tear it off or affect it over time.4 months agoGerald was super nice! i come to this car wash very often and he’s always the most helpful.in the last weekThe automatic car wash itself seemed lacking for sure. It didn’t do a whole lot of cleaning, but the vacuums and cleaners in addition to the wash are a nice add-on to be able to finish cleaning my car

a week agoThe wave is a nice and quick place to stop by and get my car washed. I enjoy the speedy services by the employees and they are quick to lend a hand when needed. Great customer service skills by the attendees that work both the wash and vacuum stations.a month agoThe car wash was really great but I paid extra for the Bug Prep and still had to spend an extra 30 minutes removing all the bug debris from my grill and headlights. There are plenty of vacuum bays and clean towels. Overall a good experience for the first time.a month agoThis is my absolute favorite car wash! I drive 30 min to come to this location. It’s very clean & neat & most importantly my car looks amazing when I leave. The staff is the best. Ibn always helps me when I come to this location. Car came out super clean and I had an issue after the wash because the tire shine hadn’t gotten on all the wheels and one of the guys on the lot personally shined my tires for me! Great service!3 months agoThis is a great place to get your car cleaned. They always have clean towels and supplies. The attendants are awesome! The manager Bradley will also jump in if you need anything. My only advice would be to get the monthly membership if you have a car. It makes so much sense and it will pay for itself. I clean my car about two times a week. Take the kids with you and throw on some baby shark, they’ll think they’re at the beach!

I love Modwash. Convenient location, great car wash with awesome features – mat washers, glass cleaning spray, trash bins and powerful vacuums so you can completely clean your whole vehicle! I have a membership for each car and I think they are fairly priced. Victor and Mike were there when I came by today and were great, but I think everyone there is great. I also like that they have multiple women who work here, it makes me feel more comfortable as a woman coming to the car wash! Oh also their air fresheners are great and they offer multiple scents. I use them to wrap around my baby’s diaper trash can in the back seat to keep the smell out!
Great job washing the car. Love have the vacuum and really like the air blower. The greatest thing is the mat washer and dryer. Special thanks to DJ for helping me to learn how to use the mat washer/dryer and checking to make sure everything was great!!
I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and have usually been satisfied with the wash service. I have 3 vehicles that I would bring at least once a week each. Today, I come by to quickly to wash my Golf that’s been very much cared for. As I’m exiting the wash tunnel, I notice that my driver mirror is broken and the glass is cracked down the middle. When I bring this to the attention of the attendant he says that because my car is over 5 years old, they won’t do anything. Well, all of my vehicles have the driver mirror flipped forward when going through the wash, even the ones that are less than 5 years old. This just happened to be the one time that it broke. Now I’m screwed because I have a vehicle that’s out of their 5 year old window? The likelihood is just as high no matter how old it is.
I will not be returning with ANY of my vehicles.
I enjoyed my visit! All staff were very nice. Truth made sure I was satisfied with wash & his customer service A1! THANK YOU!
