3 months agoThis place is the best always go here to get a wash and vac! Torrey is so friendly and welcoming and is so helpful in setting me up with everything! He has been one of the few that has gone out of his way to help me. Can’t recommend this place for a quick and efficient wash 🙂 thanks zips and thanks Torrey! Vacuums have gotten way more strong and I like that they have the spray bottle station!a month agoIt’s ok. The vacuums are good and the towels and spray are a good feature. The 3 problems I have are 1. The person at the start of the wash would spray the car off and scrub the bugs off before you entered is no longer done. 2. One of the cleaning rolls has been broken for months! (Check the picture). 3. I went to the carwash in Charlotte NC, the car wash is longer AND they have vacuums for the floor and small crevices.in the last weekGood rise. They got towels so you can deep clean what they couldn’t. $10 car wash is all you need because you can pay $20+ but all it does is rinse. Rims don’t get cleaned and leave lots of soap behind.3 months agoI came for a car wash today. Didn’t know what wash to get because I normally hand wash my own vehicle but I didn’t have time today. Julian was extremely helpful. He has outstanding customer service, he’s very knowledgeable of the services offered, and he’s very sweet! I recommend Julian to anyone who needs help on deciding on what was they should get! Good job Julian!!5 months agoJulian helped me clean my car quickly and easily! Love how professional and friendly everyone here is. Plus the touch up cloths and cleaner bottles near the vacuums are a great touch!

a month agoBack again today 8/27/2023… they strike again! Simply the best!Yes! Yes! YES! This place is AWESOME! Full-service car wash, they clean it inside and out. It’s right next to a car dealership which uses them to wash all their own cars, so this place is the bomb. So happy, car looked beautiful inside and out, amazing work/service with great people. Do not go anywhere else, you need to go here! It’s cheaper than others that are not even full service. I spent $40 at Tidal Wave or something (I will never go back there) for one of the worst washes ever. plus, I had to clean my own interior, vacuum, polish, etc. This place does everything for you and your car will look amazing when finished!
I went back 2 days later with my Altima, figured this would be a true test! WOW! Seeing is believing. I took a before and after shot! Customer service is excellent, the work is second to none, the price is cheaper than most other places that are not full-service! This is and your car will look good enough for a showroom!
5 months agoWe went here for a quick basic exterior wash. We have young kids that LOVE going through a car wash, especially when the car wash has cool lights. This car wash did not disappoint!! Colored soap and lots of cool lights, although harder to see in the daytime. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we only wanted a quick exterior wash, but we had to wait behind a long line of cars that were all getting the full service interior detail as well. It would be great if they had a system that let cars getting exterior wash only move into the wash while the other cars are stopped to get the interior done. C’est la vie!a month agoFirst time using this car wash, and absolutely do NOT recommend! They caused a significant scratch/slice to the interior passenger door panel of my teenage son’s new car, as well as neglecting to wipe down multiple areas of the backseat and both headrests entirely. I could overlook the areas of car interior that weren’t cleaned properly, but the damage to the door is absolutely unacceptable! And it is apparently impossible to even get someone to answer the telephone at this business in order to address and attempt to resolve this issue that occurred today. Incredibly frustrating!!a month agoI paid for a full service but I’m not sure what that includes because my backseats were not even wiped down, the back was not vacuumed, and dust was left on every surface and the dashboard. A little disappointing. The outside of my car did look very good, and the staff was very friendly.2 weeks agoGot my Model Y and Lexus IS 250 Washed here today . The team did a fantastic job and my cars look amazing !!! Very happy with the car wash !!

Not impressed by cleaning job. 1500 miles of road dirt and windshield bugs. Felt like residue still on my car. Windshield and front bumper still buggy. No “pretreatment”. And it seemed the wheel track was having trouble catching at the entrance .
The vacuums SUCK! Literally! They got most of white, coarse, wire dog hair out of my car, and it you have a dog, you know how tough pet hair is to get out. There were also plenty of vacuum spots available, and each pull in spot had 2 vacuums on each side so you don’t have to awkwardly wait for your neighbor to be done. It was clean, a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The staff were SO friendly and kind! They are the reason that I will drive out of my way to go to that car wash. I will consider getting a package since it is close to my job, especially because the staff come up to you to see how you’re doing and stay on top of keeping the lot clean and putting in extra detail to get dirt off your car when you go in the wash. I went at lunch time during the work day, so it wasn’t busy, which was also a plus. Oh and did I mention, most of the dirt and bugs and sap came off my car? I live in the woods and haven’t washed my car in an embarrassingly long time, and the gentleman made sure to really soak my car. Thank you again so much!
The staff at the car wash are the bestest ever! Always super nice, they’re really helpful, even help to clean my car when the car wash doesn’t clean it.
One star review is for the corporation not keeping the car wash in good working order. Car wash is down far too often, even closed for days at a time.
Really sad to advertise unlimited car washes with monthly memberships when car wash is not in working order and closed as often as it is.
The location is very convenient, but that’s about it. I took
My company car through this car wash today, I immediately noticed the machines which you pay at prior to going through did not give me a receipt. This is a company car so I needed a receipt. I asked the attendant and he said he didn’t know how to get a receipt but his manager would be there in about 10 minutes. I said that was fine and went through the Car wash. The car was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. I literally had to take the rags and spray they provide near the vacuum area and wipe the car down to get dirt off of it myself. At this point probably 30 minutes had went by so I asked the attendant if the manager was available for my receipt. The attendant said the manager wasn’t there but he would call him. The attendant called the manager and the manager told him there was no way of accessing the machines to get the missing receipt. How is that even possible? I wasn’t going to stand around arguing about it but that doesn’t seem right and I will not be back.
The whole experience was great, but the best thing was the employee, Zachary. He was running the place—and being patient, efficient, and kind!
You’re lucky to have him, he’s a star! ✨
