a month agoEditing because it was not a true 1 star experience. I paid $50 including a tip for their top wash and they didn’t even wipe down the door panels, console or anything really. When I asked about it I was told that the top wash didn’t include those services….. This was not explained to me. I was not expecting a full on detail but I certainly didn’t expect to find loose dirt that could be easily wiped off with a dry cloth for that price. The outside did look fantastic though3 months agoWARNING:photos are after the cleaning. I drove 34 miles roundtrip from raleigh to experience the highest rating carwasher in this region. Very nice location, very organized and nice ac cold waiting room.Paid $30 for basic full service. U can see the results in photos. When i ask them at least just to sprey some water on dirt , they refused and asked me to purchase a professional detail package. Sorry but i will stick to washers in my area. Yes they dont have a fancy waiting room, u sit on a chair outside but at least they clean better for $30a week agoPopped in here while on the road today. All I needed with the exterior, and I really needed that, it was super dirty. Everyone was very nice, and I was especially impressed how the attendants inside the wash were making sure the bull horns and special attached lights on the front of my van were not damaged or compromised at any stage. It was thoughtful. Also, very happy with the results!a year agoI am absolutely blown away. The end result was amazing, the customer service throughout the whole process was fantastic, and the waiting area is great. I am so glad I found this place.I really needed the interior of my car cleaned because I have tan seats and they needed some TLC. I found this place via Google and so I went in person to see what it would be like and ask questions. They were fantastic, looked at my car, gave me a quote, and scheduled me for a detailing for the following week. Everyone was sooo nice!
I got a confirmation/ reminder text the day before and went in for my appointment this morning. The gentleman who gave me a quote and scheduled me remembered my name which really impressed me. They checked me in so quick and when I came back to pick it up later they took care of me very quickly. They let me see the car before I paid for the detailing which shows they really stand by their work. The quote matched what I paid at the end.
This entire experience could not have been better, I am so glad I got my car detailed here and will absolutely be coming here every time I need a clean car. I highly recommend.

3 months agoAfter I left a window open in a storm and soaked the back seat of my car, I brought it to TC’s to make sure nothing would mold. Everything about the experience was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and caring (shoutout to George and Andre, especially!), they finished when they said they would, the price was reasonable, the waiting room was comfortable, and the work was exceptional. They surprised me by generously doing extra cleaning and detailing; my car interior looks new! I will happily pay full price for more services in the future, trusting that the quality will be worth it.

3 months agoWe have 2 vehicles. I was pleased to find a drive-through car wash with free self vaccume stations with cleaning towels. Staff is very friendly and appears to keep property clean, emptying towels, and trash frequently. Each experience has been positive.3 months agoGreat value and exceptional facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Each vacuum station includes towels, high pressure air, glass cleaner and interior cleaner. Highly recommend.2 months agoI just came through. The customer service was excellent and my kiddo really enjoyed the lights, brushes, etc….Originally I had some grime on the top of my car that was hard to get off, but the owner invited me back for a rewash.
Michele and the team took good care of me, and got the grime off the second time no problem!
3 months agoOkay, I love this place. It’s old school, and they do it right. Great staff. Machines are good. Even got a tire shine for the lowest price. It’s worth paying for the extras, but the base is good enough for older cars.2 months agoI had never been here before and just happened to be nearby and needed a car wash. I didn’t want to get the membership without trying it first.I got the $15 wash and wax. I was happy with the wash, but the vaccuum station really made me want to come back.
The wash was pretty typical for an automated drive through. Hard-to-reach spaces and bugs on the grill aren’t really going to come clean.
The vaccuum spaces all had their own container of washed micro fiber cloths to pull from and a bin to collect the dirty ones. Both the wide nozzle and narrow detail nozzle had perfect suction. They also had compressed air to blow out any narrow crevices.
I don’t come to this area often but will probably come back for the monthly membership after this great experience.

Because I have vertigo and unable to wash my car myself. My daughter and I decided to try this place and have our cars cleaned. I should have read the reviews before we did. I paid for the Armor All Special. The attendant asked if I wanted Armor All on the outside trim as well. I said yes and also paid for the same service for my daughter who was following behind me in her car. When we finished my trim did not have Armor All treatment done. My daughters did but only the bottom trim. After going through three people they rubbed Armor All on my bottom trim. Driving home looking at the interior of the car I wish I never went there as the pictures show. Literally had to have my husband go back over, (clean), just about everything I paid for. Wasted Money! I don’t know if I will ever go to another Autobell again but I know I will never go back to this one.
I was debating on going to a self service car wash to spend $5 like I usually do, but decided to try this. They didn’t do very well, because they were lazy with it. They barely vacuumed and didn’t even move the front seats, and it was only 7:15 am… I thought I was doing them a favor by not having a filthy car, and by getting there early. I’m glad I only spent $23, and just because I got the basic full service wash doesn’t mean the work should have been poorly done. It’s nothing compared to doing it yourself, and if you’re not lazy it’ll always get done right, and for cheaper 🙂 I am disappointed. I understand why the reviews are at a 3.7
So disappointed the last 3 visits. This time, my car is already dried from sitting in the sun. and I am still waiting for someone to attend to it while they have already started vacuuming a car that is two behind me. says he is off the clock and drying his brothers car. what? I have the monthly service and upgraded to full service. i just purchased 3 $5 tip cards. not using them. painful. Anyone ever heard of pride in your work?
Feel sorry for these kids. it is hot out. But they definitely aren’t caring about a job well done. If you are good with spending your money on good enough, then it’s worth it, I guess.
But my car isn’t really clean inside. won’t be getting full service ever again.
UPDATE: The store manger called and offered to make everything right! Good customer service goes a long way!
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received on Sunday, September 24, 2023. I paid $28 for an interior and exterior wash. However, there are crumbs on my console, my SUV trunk was never vacuumed and wiped down. Still awaiting a call back from a manager, days after I reported it. Poor setvice and customer service!! 😡
They put huge scratches in my car. I had to cancel my Unlimited Subscription. I’ve been getting my car cleaned here for years but over the past few months I discovered that it wasn’t someone keying my car, it was Autobell leaving huge scratches in my car. Its a shame because the subscription service was a decent deal, and they used to clean my car really well until recently.
