4 months agoJust got my car washed there. Don’t bother. My car looks like it hasn’t been washed at all, including the dirty water dripping down the back. (See photos). They got rid of the people that dry too. Go someplace else or wash yourself.2 years agoVACUUM FIRST! The way this car wash is set up, the *big* bay of vacuums are before the car wash. If you go through and still want to vacuum, there’s a mini vacuum station for space for maybe 6 cars (vs 12 for the big one). The cleaning towels are only on the mini side. I didn’t see a mat cleaner machine and there’s not forced air either. If they added these things, it would be a 5 star even though the layout is a bit confusing.As far as quality, we have the membership so we can go to any location in KC and this one is just as good as all the others! Gets our car nice and clean. The attendants are so friendly.
a month agoThe staff at this location needs to be trained much better. The hand signals some of the ladies used to try and guide you into the car wash are confusing. During my last visit, the woman never indicated when to put my car in neutral, and she was trying to get me to pull forward way too close to another car.2 months agoCar wash has a hard time cleaning the front of my car. Other then that the monthly plan is good.5 months agoI really try to like y’all’s car wash, I love the free vacuuming, I forgot today, but when I come through, I try to make sure I have some cash on me so that I can tip the young ones. Before there were any issues, I always wondered, why is it only one person on the left side of the car spraying that side of the car down? What about the other side of the car? That’s dirty too, and who knows which side is the dirtiest, shouldn’t matter, when the whole car is supposed to be cleaned. Ironically today this out of the car that was dirty and cause me to notice was the side that was sprayed down. Every time that I come here through trying to give it another chance, my car is always still dirty! It doesn’t matter what washing I choose, as I have chosen all of them but I think one, though I probably have done all of them. Either way, all of the different washes should thoroughly clean the car. The mechanisms of the giant cloth strips just the weight of them alone obviously isn’t enough Force to thoroughly touch the car with enough pressure to actually clean it. This car wash is literally for free drying, and after you have went somewhere else or, manually washed your car on its own, use the vicinity to do a quick wash up of the car, but never any actual cleaning of dirt. Shame. I really try to like it.

Very disappointed6 months agoAlthough I enjoyed this carwash, the manager is not in good communication with his employees. I had several issues at the gate and was assured satisfaction but instead was denied, like conversations were fabricated. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I can recommend tidal wave car washes tidal wave is much better than what you’ll get at this location.6 years agoPretty good car wash, drive through is excellent. Free self service vacuuming. They also offer services like washing, vacuuming waxing for you. Save money by buying a monthly pass. Don’t buy the lowest price wash unless your car needs just a quick clean. I usually buy the $10-12 wash for a nice shine, clean wheels and tires.
