2 weeks agoThe crew here is amazing, but Tucker has been doing an amazing job at being very kind considering how many times we go through the washes. I have 2 special need boys that the car washes are comforting and this has been a favorite stop before physical therapy. And this wash is truly unlimited. Thanks team for making the day!a year agoIt was fast, I’ll give them that for sure! The sides of my car are beautiful, but the front and back didn’t get very clean. The car wasn’t particularly dirty to begin with, but I’ve been wiping dried wales of dust off of it ever since the “wash”.They really push their memberships, but I live clear across town and there’s a car wash in my neighborhood, so I didn’t sign up for that. I’m glad now, but it wasn’t a bad job for drive thru wash–just not as good as what I’m used to. So three stars seems about right.
•Hey, immediate update!• They responded the same day, offering a re-do. That’s so nice! Like I said, though, I live clear across town, so I probably won’t take them up on it, but I am very impressed with that kind of effort to provide good service!
a month agoCar wash was awesome! I bought a year membership at a great price. Car wash cleaned my car and the vacuums were easy to use and made vacuuming fun. They also have 3 other locations in the valley . Thanks for your great service2 weeks agoQuick Quack has always been my favorite car wash because it is cheap and QUICK. The best part is the customer service! The other day I was helped by a nice young man named Tucker. He had a great personality and was improved the overall experience!2 weeks agoLeft a bunch of scratches on my roof, i should have known better than to use a drive thru car wash. NEVER AGAIN.

a week agoJohnathan was super helpful! He was attentive and kind when I wasn’t sure about doing the monthly subscription. He assured me that I can go to any quick quack location and as many times as I want…I was so excited and wanted to make sure my car was extra shiny and new feeling, so I went twice in a row! Plus, it was only half the cost for this month! So I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth and I am grateful for Johnathan guidance and understanding.a month agoThis place is so clean. Prices are good. Johnathon convinced me on getting a membership. He is a cool kid. Johnathan was very helpful. My daughter loves going threw the wash. I love that they have towels for you to use to dry your car. The car wash is kept really clean and the worker are always moving doing so much and are around to help. Thank you Johnathon for helping me dry to roof of my vehicle.in the last weekTwo weeks back I went for a car wash and while inside the car wash the front left mirror turned outside and broke it. I reported an incident and they said they would get back to me within 3 business days. I waited and didn’t get any response so I went over to the place to check what’s happening. They said the manager isn’t here and asked me to call her. I did a couple of times, left messages but never got any response. I went over again today to check what’s the status and the manager there was being really rude and said cars that is over 5 years, we are not responsible. I mean she could’ve called me to say the least. She says it’s due to wear and tear. It may or may not be. Atleast be more courteous. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled2 weeks agoWe have been coming to this location since they first opened. I can honestly say this is the best car wash in the valley. Not only their prices great but, the workers are always so helpful, kind, and always smiling. When I have the kids in the car, they even draw a duck on my window. I love this place!!!a year agoGreat car wash! Gets my vehicle very clean! I love the lights as well! The vacuums and towels to use afterwards are a great bonus! My favorite car wash place so far. Worth the monthly membership and drive to get there.

I decided against having a dirty car today. So here I was at the Super Star car wash. I drove up and the sign said ” no cash”. I got my debit card out finally paid. Went through the car wash no problem exterior car was cleaned.
As I pulled out of the wash noticed a few things. Vehicle gas tank just sitting on there property as well as very dirty parking spots. When I went to vacuum the tool fell off the end of the hose and no one was replacing the towels. Fyi for those who frequent this business prices are going up. Last time I visit this business.
Came to the car wash after a road trip to. Hopefully, get my car cleaned, paid for the top dollar. Wash still have the bugs all over the place. Would not recommend this place to anybody. The pictures are after the wash.
Watch your bank account! If an employee offers you any type of ‘special’ they could sign you up for monthly auto pay without you knowing. Then charge your account 4x in one day. I was charged over $100 in one day, and I wasn’t even aware I was signed up for any type of membership. This actually happened for several months without my knowledge. I’m looking at around $700 in charges that were not authorized on my behalf. Additionally, my card number was recently updated and someone from this car wash apparently was able to contact Visa and get my new card number without my consent… 🤯 My bank is currently in the process of working these fraudulent charges out and I’m still waiting for an employee to contact me back. Hey Superstar Carwash, please give me a call so this can be resolved!
I go to this location frequently. There are no towels a lot of the time and staff is just standing around. I do see one young man Michael who is hustling and always has a smile on his face. I’ve experienced great customer service from him. He’ll go get towels if there aren’t any.
I had a great conversation with Michael, very polite young man. Even helped me wipe down my car. He was doing an outstanding job, definitely a hard worker!
