I needed assistance and Edgar provided excellent customer service, I appreciate how he quickly apologized and tended to my needs; even though an apology wasn’t necessary. He was simply doing his job, assisting other customers.2 weeks agoThe big $3 car wash has new meaning. It’s now the 3 minute car wash and even mentioned that their website also states that it’s still the 3 dollar car wash. It’s now the lite wash for $7.99 with sales guys showing you the benefits of joining the unlimited monthly car wash and this month’s special for it. It’s actually a good deal I signed up but after 30 days it goes up in price more then double and if you don’t cancel it get automatically withdrawn from your account via debit. Good thing is the vacuum is free and works great with plenty of space. They also provide microfiber rags as a courtesy to use while you’re there. The staff is kind, always around to help, and the manager Joshua will go out of his way to ask if everything is good or make it better if the car wash wasn’t up-to par. He cares about his job and his customers that come through, you can tell. Will continue to come here for washes, thank you Joshua and his team for great service! a week agoYou guys owe me $20.95.This business has created fraudulent memberships for many customers, signing them up for memberships without their consent. Just look through the reviews.
I disputed the charges and all were found in my favor except for one. Apparently they provided documentation for that charge, but it is fraudulent and I expect a full refund for every payment.
I don’t care about the quality of the car wash, which happens to be poor as it knocked off a piece of my side mirror, I just care about people deciding to do business with a company that defrauds customers on a regular basis.

Thank you Super Star Car Wash!a month agoAll car washes get your car clean, but Super Star’s blowers leave the car drier than any other I have been to. Also, they are the only one I know of that provides drying towels. And they have never failed to have them.

This is my first time at this location and I will be returning.. The customer service is friendly and accommodating. I was not very happy with my results with the basic was, I was approached by Ivan and I expressed my concern he quickly fixed the problem. He explained in detail how each carwash would provide a better outcome. I realized that it was worth paying the extra dollars for a better quality services. The difference I noticed between the basic and the ceramic wash was the color waxes and additional rinse wax it added to the wash. It clearly made a big difference, my car looks so much cleaner.
Husband got $10 car wash in early August, which was charged and paid for on CC. Today, a $25.95 charge showed up – and we were no where near the car wash. Evidently some of these people working there think it’s okay to sign you up for a membership without your permission. Credit card company is taking care of this as it appeared to be a fraudulent charge. Only positive might be that I called the car wash and the person was polite enough and agreed it was not approved of behavior; however, this does seem like it happens more often than it should, be aware before you order that next wash!
They put the wrong scent. They did not clean property. Does this look like a Super Star? The only thing clean is the outside. Inside looks the same as when I brought it.
Without a doubt, this is my go-to spot for both refueling and giving my car the pampering it deserves! From the moment I pull in, the amiable and charming staff greet me with warmth and ensure that my safety is their top concern.
As for the car wash – it’s truly a cut above the rest. It not only met but genuinely exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail is evident, ensuring that my car gleams like new every time. A big thumbs up for the fantastic team and their exceptional service!
