2 weeks agoBest wash ever 10/30/23 just got back from Orlando, Florida. Had to wash and clean my rental car. Tommy saved me $200.00 cleaning fee at their Orlando location Like I said, BEST CAR WASH EVER. In Westland they have a value employee, Amber, that place’s value on my truck and passengers, my kids, my dogs.3 weeks agoHaunted Car Was was fun, not amazing, but fun. The radio station we turned to for the Halloween music was a static. My car didn’t really come out clean, but the employees and the decorations were all pretty awesome. Overall, it was very enjoyable!5 months agoFirst time coming here yesterday, the young man in the window was very nice and offered a subscription but I wanted to see the cleanliness of my car prior to signing up. I’m glad I didn’t jump into a membership. For $20, anywhere else, I’ve always gotten a towel dry or at least a microfiber towel roller to dry my car off. This wasn’t the case. Just straight up dripping wet afterwards that air dried after some time. There was supposed to be tire shine gloss, which is unnoticeable. (What I hope) are soap marks and not buffer damage on driver side of my car, my mirror, and in my door jamb, dirt still in my rear window seal. I used the vacuums which I appreciate being free however, only one of them had strong suction at the station I went to.In my opinion, this place isn’t worth the $20 price tag; I’m accustomed to much better cleaning quality at other places for the same, if not cheaper, price point. I’ll have to stick to my usual car washes in Redford or Dearborn in between when I wash it myself.
4 months agoThe spinning towel driers at the end leave a horrible residue on your car, especially the driver side.The car wash scratched my car up so bad! I canceled my membership. Even though I paid for a full month I didn’t go again.
The associates that are supposed to guide you onto the belt seem to want to hid in the office.
However, for being free the vacuums have nice suction.
3 months agoFirst time coming here and had a great experience. Girl at the window was super friendly and offered me their best wash for $20 and it came with a free month trial of unlimited washes! My truck is shiny and the tires look amazing without having to use added product of my own. Definitely going to use their app to sign up for unlimited after my trial is up. This wash is super clean which tells me that take care of it. Great wash!

Worse cleaner ever.they only clean the carpet of my car.nothing else,and vaccum it thats all i spected a better clean for $55 doors and seat was bad i wiped with my baby wipes ,lol.
My car was still dirty. The cost have gone up around 4.00 for what i get. Nothing special. You can use your card which is convenient.
This place the absolute worst. You would think since they are charging an arm and leg they would do a good job but nope. I paid $80 this service use to cost like $50. Not only that it wasn’t done right. Windows still dirty, door jams not wiped down I literally had to keep asking then to do stuff. Windows not cleaned interior not wiped down. How do they even feel okay charging what they charge and not even make sure they train their workers to do an adequate job? I hope I can find a better car wash cause I don’t plan on going back. Do better ‼️
