3 months agoDo not waste your money. Gave them the opportunity to make it right. I was told it’s just a wipe down, their vacuum can’t get sand out of carpet, and the wheels are clean. This was a 42.95 car wash. This is the second vehicle I brought in the same day. First vehicle was washed nicely, even got sand out of the carpet(so not sure how they couldn’t in this one). I get it, it’s hot, and it’s busy, but at least try to make it right and re wash it correctly. Will not return. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this is not acceptable.8 months agoMy cars get treated like royalty at Mission Car Wash! From being vacuumed all the way through the washing to the employee’s who give them that final touch. I am ocd clean, and when I take my vehicles here, I do not feel the need to wipe on them further once I get home or whenever I am going. When you’ve been going for as long as some of us have been, your vehicles are known regardless of who drives them in, and they already know what you want/expect! I love the idea that they allow you to bring your vehicle back in if it happens to rain within, I believe, 48-72 hours if I am not mistaken for a free wash (not complete detail). Grab a snack or a quick massage inside in one of their chairs. Bathrooms are always clean, and they have plenty of nick nacks you can grab to throw inside your vehicle, such as air fresheners, etc. If by chance you’re not satisfied, just let them know and allow them the chance to make it right. If you can fit it into your budget, inquire about their wash plans.3 months agoSo this is the second time I visit this location. Hoping to give it a chance once again as they do provide oil changes as well, comes with your basic car wash included. However, both times I’ve paid to upgrade my wash. And honestly I came just hoping it’d be better. My car does not look as if it’s been washed at all. Literally has crumbs everywhere still, as if it was only vacuumed in the more visible spots. My seats are still dirty, not wiped down at all. Clearly was not dried well, as the water marks are streaky all over the place from after driving away. Very unhappy and definitely won’t be coming back.8 months agoLots of car care packages to choose d from. The staff does a great job inside and out. I do have one concern because it’s happened more than once. They may accidentally forget to apply polish wax and sealant when payed for. If so bring it to their attention and they will run your car through again.3 months agoMy car wash lasted less than 15 minutes. They didn’t clean the glass, side skirts and rear bumper full of dirt/mud, they moved the floor mats but didn’t vacuum and forgot to put them back properly. On top of that they damaged the instrument cluster trim. My last time coming here, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time and money!

7 months agoI took my daughters car here today to get it washed as a nice gesture after just having her windows tinted. I asked the guy who writes up the tickets if it would be a problem to make sure they don’t clean the inside of the windows because I just got them tinted. He said “no problem, I got you!” I started to walk away and the same guy opens the door and writes with a wax bar “Do not clean inside window!” On the inside of the newly tinted windows! 🤦🏻♂️ Are you kidding me? I’ve been coming here for years. With 4 cars in our family and water rationing rules where I live , we always come here and let them do it. Most of the time they do a good job but today was very unfortunate. I am so disappointed. I left a note for the owner to give me a call because the cashier said she can’t give me his cell number 🤷🏻♂️4 months agoMy car was filthy to be fair, after the wash it looked good …..until the next morning…. I realized the back seats had not been clean at all. I called, they said to bring car back and they would take care of it. I did, thinking they would just clean the back, but once the attendant started he asked if I had time to have the car washed again and I did! They totally washed my car and it looked great!!! Thank you!!!5 months agoYesterday morning I took my SUV to Foothill Car Wash for the first time. I was so impressed with how friendly everyone was (including person who wrote up ticket, cashier, person who dried my car). Prices are comparable to other car washes (they’ve all gone up in price). They have a nice outside patio with music to sit or a cute little shop to look around while you are waiting for your car. I was very pleased with the job they did and will definitely be going back there on a regular basis.4 months agoThey are great with washing pock up trucks. Almost always at least one in the drying zone when I drive by and I bring mine here since it’s actually clean when I leave. However, twice when I have asked for change for a 20 so I can tip the folks, I got a 10 and two 5s. I am usually good with or so as a tip, but rarely 10 Where are the 1s?4 months agoI paid $350 dollars for a full detail. The exterior looked good and at a glance the interior looked good as well. After sitting in it though it was apparent the interior was neglected. There were still some stains on the door panels and you could see water marks from where a cleaning agent was sprayed but not wiped down. Some of the center console was still wet with cleaning agent. For the price it seemed super rushed and I’m super disappointed in that. Wouldn’t pay $200 dollars for what I got. This place is close to work so it was convenient but I think I’ll continue going to my local car wash in the future.
