3 months agoI was not impressed. I purchased a silver package. Then went to vacuum my car and saw that my car was not cleaned at all. I do not know if the solutions they used is diluted down or the brush mechanism does not scrub the car well. I could still see the dirt on the car. Either way I ended up cleaning the car there with old towels I had. I saw others doing the same too. I won’t go back.2 months agoFirst timer, I tried the basic wash for $8. No luck, my car was dirty after it. It seems that the bad reviews I read were true. When I ran my finger on the roof and trunk lid my finger was pretty dirty. I went to the manager and showed him. He gave me a free pass for another wash, this time silver, but told me that if I wanted my car clean I needed to get silver or platinum??!! As much as I appreciated him giving me another wash, this logic is absurd. Your cheapest wash needs to get the job done. Everything else should add extras. Anyway, the result from the silver wash was the same – my hood and trunk lid were still dirty. Also the vacuum in my cell was very weak, I had to use the one next to me. Very poor quality of everything. I will not come here again and waste my time.2 months agoBest car wash for expediency and value. The staffs are very nice too! Very busy place, sometimes you don’t have vaccine available. But other than that, I’m very satisfied with this place.9 months agoHonestly it washed the car just fine, nothing special. Left behind some wet spots and didn’t do a great job but it was fast and fairly inexpensive. Convenient location and if you get an oil change then the wash is free. The vacuums make it worth it, they’re easy to use and free with a wash but they aren’t very powerful.

2 months agoBEWARE!!! This carwash will scratch your car. I have a 7 day brand new car that I took for its first wash September 7 around 4pm and there are scratches all over my vehicle from their carwash system. The GM Victor offered to wax my car in exchange for the damage. I unfortunately declined due to the lost of trust I had in their buisness. My personal detailer quoted me $650 to fix the damage. After presenting this quote to Victor, he refused any middle group resolution and only offered me a $15 refund and a months free of washes. I refused the month free washes as I will never go or recommend their buisness. I also asked for the owners email. I was I was told that he didn’t have it and that I could email him and he would send it. Also jokes with me saying with laughter “ Want a free wash, it can’t do any more harm” Car washes should be more accountable for there machines and I wish this would have been dealt with seriousness and more concern.4 months agoOnly $9 for a full exterior wash including drying! Such a great deal and a high quality wash. I also absolutely LOVE that they have damp cloths outside for you to use. No matter how good the external wash at any car wash, I always wished I had a rag to scrub off the bigger bugs that hit my car and also to wipe down the inside of my windshield. There’s no better place for you where you can pay little money, and the convenience of a fast drive thru $5 car wash. Because not even their top offered service can give you the satisfaction of getting a good car wash service experience.
but sometimes that extra little money somewhere else could give you extra care, attention, respect and better service. I came to do a wash on my car and parked on the blue zone, my kid’s helped me out with the vacuuming as I not able to do it and tge vacuum hose had a lot of dirt and trash and ended up on the top of tge car, I asked the attendees if there was something he could do to help me out or to pass tge car again to get it cleaned up and his response was that THE VACUUMS ARE FREE AND THAT NO ONE ELSE PASS THE HOSES ON TOP OF THEIR CARS AND IT WASN’T THE CARWASH STATION RESPONSIBILITY OR FAULT. well I don’t think I got a good service at all. So ended up gong back the same way I left in the first place. Very bad experience. But we’ll if you want just to Dust off your car come to this places. Good luck.
If you’ve ever wanted to overpay for a horrible wash/products you don’t receive, and laughed at by staff who can’t bother to stop their conversations to help you, come here. There are gas station car washes that blow this “car wash” out of the water”. I would not be surprised if the 1k+ 5 star reviews are from bribes and bots.
My car was in need of a car wash and being that I have white rims I wash before I go to any car wash if I have the chance to pre-wash so anyways I pay for the most expensive watch the offer to take very good care of my car and wanted to have it looking nice. I thought I took the whole package like I have any other place once the wash was over all the vacuum spot refilled and they wanted me to continue doing laps around the lot until a spot opened up. I did about to laps and being that I live close by I figured forget it I’ll just go home and vacuum it so I get home I live less than a mile away and once I get out of my car, the first thing I notice is my rings are no longer white. They are now covered with like a black grease or something like that so I instantly start trying to clean them off or wipe it off and notice it’s not coming off and I get as much of it as i can off put, my rims are now stained so I called them up. They tell me to go back. So I do and they tell me that it does that with these kind of wheels I didn’t mention that it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time because it’s not posted anywhere I’m not paying for it to get like that so eventually after I wouldn’t take no for an answer, the I guess manager at the time took my report and said the owner would call me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from them at all so not only are they liars they don’t care about anybody else is property they just want your money and after that didn’t care, they are aware of the damage the machines can do and we’re not notify you a warning they do not have anything posted The worst experience I’ve ever had any car wash place. Definitely will not go. There were definitely would not recommend anybody going there. Unless you want damage to your vehicle or unless you want to drive laps around the lot just a vacuum your car
Met the owner it was a wonderful experience.
The best part was the smirk on his face as he refused to accept my vehicle because of ropes, that had never previously been an issue.
