2 months agoI have an annual sticker so I come to here once a week. It is always nice to have a clean car. I’ve always gotten good service. Today was no exception I don’t know the young man’s name so I will just say thank you Eagle Auto Wash staffa week agoI bought the maximum package. I left and came back to pick it up. I was shocked to see the poor job that was done! Streaks running down door handles, nothing wiped down inside or even vacuumed. Totally dissatisfied! The manager came out and vacuumed my vehicle himself, and tried to rectify the situation. I am only appreciative to the manager!in the last weekNice job. Clean inside and out. Very courteous very capable people. The ATM machine is a rip off.. But dunno if that’s Eagle fault or someone else.a month agoBuyer beware! I signed up for their $10 promotional deal which it was told would end in October 2023. I was charged today for full price (around $84) (it’s September 2023). I called to discuss this with the Manager who stated “well it’s really hard for us to estimate what date you will be charged.” When I told him what I was told when I signed up he repeatedly said “well it’s hard for us to estimate what date you will be charged & you signed the contract” although his employee who signed me up wrote October 2023 on my packet regarding when the promotional deal would end. He did offer to refund a portion of the bill to terminate the contract. Honestly, the service is subpar compared to other companies locally who actually charge less for the same services, do a better job, & actually have customer service lol. Beware if doing business with them and expect management to be rude, speak over you, & quite frankly not care about their employees misquoting pricing and payment due dates.a year agoI will preface this by saying that my review is not about the quality of service provided by Zach and team. They did a great job with my car! My complaint is about the pricing and lack of transparency. When I called, I was quoted $155.95 for an interior detail of my subcompact hatchback (very small.) I thought that was high, considering I have paid $100 for the same service in Lawrence. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to double check the pricing. She spoke to someone and came back with $139.95 (Large Cars/Ext. Cab Pickups). I still believe I was overcharged $24, which I would much prefer go toward tipping the staff who went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service. I do not understand how anyone could consider my vehicle to be “large.”

5 months agoGood wash but they keep raising their prices on the regular pay as you go washes and their monthly plans. Good quality wash just wish they would stick with a set price. Definitely would recommend, just stick with $10 Tuesdays.a year agoBeware! Your car may get white spots on the passenger side. Keep in mind it’s all over my glass, trim, and paint. Might be mineral deposits I do not know. Didn’t have any problems the day before. Now have to fix this screw up with some water, distilled vinegar, and a microfiber cloth. Didn’t have any problems until today. Usually run my car and truck through. Got a big surprise this time. What’s worse is how management brushed it off and blamed me saying it was my neighbor could have spray painted and got overdraft. I have a driveway for Pete’s sake! Called corporate and filed a complaint, will NOT be returning to this location here on out.a year agoThis is a great car wash. Fast access. Works well. All the mechanical devices operate perfectly to clean and dry my truck. Even the Rookie membership cleans excellent. Their attention to prespray is smart and I DON’T have to remove my trailer hitch. For the monthly price it so worth it. Glad I switched to them.6 months agoToday, on 4/25/23, the afternoon crew went above and beyond peepling off old stickers my child had put on my window. I appreciate them doing that cause it saves me time doing when the wash is over. I am definitely impressed at the customer service.11 months agoThe kids at the entrance of the car wash got too close to my bumper and peeled the paint off of it. Needless, to say club car wash would not take care of the damage Beware!!!!

Love the free vacuum. Quality car wash. Only one I use in town!
We went through the automatic car wash and got the $20 wash. There was not enough rinse water to get all the soap off, we had spots all over our car. It actually looked worse than before we washed it. We won’t go back.
This seems to be like any other car wash, nothing special. They have wash your own or a “drive thru” car wash. I didn’t use the vacuums so I don’t know how well they work.
I did the touch free auto wash which was $20. Lots of soap left behind… Update: just went back to try again, got the $8 wash and it got the soap off this time, but the brushes were so rough on my car they pulled my window trim off!
Spent 20 bucks washing my car manually. Used the “spot free rinse” I think my car looks dirtier now than it did before.
