5 months agoWe got the $9.99 introductory car wash to see if we wanted to start taking the new car here. I wouldn’t recommend it. The car was does a mediocre job cleaning and be prepared to wipe down your entire car with a rag because the air dryer literally does nothing. It’s strange how this place consistently has a line of cars when the wash does hardly anything to clean your car. You will have little luck on a busy day getting a spot to vacuum your car out. I was really hoping for better. They just need to adjust their operations to really have a successful car wash.5 months agoIt was an alright wash and quick. The wash didn’t touch the bug stuff or other stuck on stuff and one of the free vacuums barely worked. It’s also more expensive than some of the other, so you get a better wash for your tires, but I still like Rocket Wash (in Utah) better.4 months agoPay $12 for the premium wash and it leaves soap all over my car. Go in side and tell them and they shrug their shoulders at you because ” you have to call them to complain”. If you like dried soap all over your windows and paint, go here. If not, pick another place that cares about doing a good job.7 months agoI paid for the highest priced car wash. When the vehicle came out there was a lot of dirt residue on the rims, doors, rear end and front. It wasn’t overly dirty before I took it to the car wash, so I was surprised at how much dirt was still on the car when they were done. There were two guys with brushes lazily brushing as I entered. They obviously missed most of the car. There were cars lined up to go into the car wash after I was out of the washing bay. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t bother demanding a second wash, but it definitely should’ve been done. I rewashed the car at home later. Never again will I use this car wash.3 weeks agoI go at least once a week. Staff is great and not a pricey monthly membership.

Soap wasn’t washed all the way off. Suds were all over my rear bumper, windshield, and even the roof. Water spots all over every window. Staff is friendly, but pointless if the car wash doesn’t actually work. Didn’t even get dirt off of rear bumper, hood, or roof. I was having similar issues with the other splash & dash in town and hoped this one would be better…3 months agoCustomer Service people upfront are great. Could use a bit of improvements with the car wash and vacuuming power. Went to two different vacuuming pumps and they were both weak in picking up bits and pieces.6 months agoTerrible experience with employee . I frequent splash and dash but that won’t be the case after yesterdays experience. I went to get my car washed and mentioned to the girl at pay station my windshield needed some loving because of all the bugs. She was SUPER nice and told the guys at the wash. Also mentioned if it doesn’t get clean to come back through. When I got to the wash station the employee who directs the car in on the left seemed super annoyed. He then doesn’t even touch my windshield with the scrub brush like they usually do before entering the wash and barely power hoses it. So when I get out my windshield and car still has quite a few bugs still left. So I go back which I have NEVER done because that’s not really what I want to do but I specifically mentioned the bugs because I know they can be harder to get off. Again the employee at pay station is super accommodating and friendly. Well the employee on the left of the wash entrance again hardly even touches my car just guides me into car wash while mouthing cuss words. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’m sorry that I expect your employees to do their jobs but you have an employee who’s not doing his job and it’s evident he doesn’t want to do it well. I won’t be returning after that experience.5 months agoIt’s fine if your car is already clean … I bought a monthly subscription and should not have. My car is dirty after leaving still covered in suds. The last time I went through, the worker sprayed the car beforehand with the hose. This area has very hard water and my car is now spotted with hard water marks. There are areas of my car that are never touched by the machine, mirrors are filthy. The dryers hardly dry…We got the subscription here as it was close to home… But we will be cancelling soon.

Unfortunately, I hate to do this. I really like the car wash. I like their pricing and staff. I am a member and I have strictly ONLY used this car wash since I bought my car brand new. I have noticed some consistent scratching. I didn’t know where it was coming from. They have a brush that cleans the rocker panels. I now realize that the car wash is destroying my paint. It is far too abrasive. The rest of the car looks fine. I will post a picture of the brush causing the damage. I hope the owner reaches out to see the damage on my car. They need to remove that brush ASAP. The scratches run from halfway down my door to the rocker panels. Maybe about a foot and a half all the way down the side of the car. I’ve owned black cars in the past and they’re prone to scratches, but not like this.
Full service automation with the full works. Loved it so much I became a member… You can go through as many times as you’d like until it’s clean. Free vacuum and free micro towels when you join.. low cost and high value. Better than the local competition. You can also have it dried and windows cleaned and tires dressed for a cost that’s a bit unreasonable in my opinion… But when you’re in a rush it’s good value.
Love the convenience but hate that I still have bird poop on my windshield! And dirt under my back window spoiler when I pay $22 a month.. Y’all need to train your workers to use the brush on front and back windows instead of just spraying them off before entering the car wash. Donovan by far better then the one by Walmart
It’s my first carwash in Santa Maria. I definitely recommend it..its not expensive..the monthly membership is very affordable.
The workers at splash are very respectful and helped me to get my wash plan quick and fast, great attitude and good service
