Occasionally, I’ve encountered issues like clogged dog bath tubs or a lack of soap in the pressure washers, but it hasn’t been a consistent problem. Despite these occasional hiccups, I find this car wash convenient and will continue to use it.2 months agoThere spot free water is just like regular water so it leaves spots and when u select the soap pressure washer it hardly dispenses soap the vacuums have very little vacuum power. Hopefully if the future they upgrade the systems because there are so many better options around ventura.a month agoMotorcycle soap spray, rinse, spray Wax, spot-free rinse……. Left more white spots on the bike then when I brought it in. The “blade” air dryer is just about useless. Somebody literally wrote on the blue handle “Does not work” in black magic marker. a month agoThe car wash attendant guided me in wrong, and my rear driver side tire valve stem snapped, and my front driverside tire valve stem bent. Midway thru the carwash, my rear sensor indicated my tire was deflating. As they’re drying my car off, i get out, and my tire valve stem is spewing air violently. I talked to the outside manager, and they could care less, so I talked to the indoor mgr, and they were professional. car got towed off the lot. This location has a low level of professionalism & care. I do not recommend this location if you actually care about your car.2 months agoI have been coming to Sparkling Image in Ventura for years—even though it’s out of my way. During that time, I have used every service offered, from a simple wash to a full auto detail. I have been pleased with the results each and every time! The folks there are friendly and work harder and faster than any other crew I’ve seen. Highly recommended!3 months agoStaff in the wash line sometimes shoot dirty glares, I’m assuming because the driver does something that upsets them. However, my car comes out clean every time. Drying team has always been very friendly and nice. Cost is good for the amount of effort put into the clean. I have only ever used the Exterior options so I cannot speak for their cleaning for the interior.3 months agoAlways get my gas here. Decided to get a car wash today as well and the service was amazing to say the least! The managers were really helpful in explaining their different packages. Really satisfied with how clean my car was after. Definitely recommend this place!

Normally the quality here is so good and consistent and reliable. However my husband took the car in and didn’t check before coming home. Today I get in the van and then entire trunk was untouched, no vacuum or wipe down! The middle of the car looked vacuumed but still dirty and the front was mostly fine. But just really really disappointing. I don’t have the time to go in often cause two kids and the wait is always so long, so when we do take the time to get it done I expect it done right.
So, most likely you’ll get great service but please check your whole car before driving away.
BEST EVER WASH!!! Here from Wisconsin, with snow I wash my car a LOT. Every single detail cleaned, and spotless, WAY beyond my expectations. Didn’t even need to rewash inside windshield as I normally do.
From the moment I drove in, the team at Five Points Car Wash showed exceptional professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that my car was treated with the utmost care. The attention to detail was remarkable, and my vehicle emerged looking like it just rolled out of the showroom. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I can confidently say that this is the best car wash experience I’ve had in a long time.
I purchased the 50 dollar package and they did a fantastic job. My car was relatively dirty but empty of personal belongings. The wash and cleaning did take about an hr and a half so don’t expect it to be fast. 4 stars only because of cost and time.
Five Points Car Wash provides top-tier service at a reasonable price. Their attention to detail and friendly staff make every visit a pleasant experience. My car always looks brand new when I leave. Highly recommended!
