5 months agoThe lack of communication from the mechanic, coupled with their outrageous prices, has left me feeling dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone seeking automotive services to avoid this establishment at all costs.I do feel the need to mention that I encountered an issue with the pricing of the windshield wiper blade replacement. When I inquired about getting my wiper blades changed, I was quoted a price of $55, which seemed rather steep. Curious, I decided to explore other options and discovered that another place charged only $7 for the same service.
While I understand that prices can vary between establishments, the significant difference in cost for a simple wiper blade replacement raised concerns for me.
Kwik Kar Lube’s failure to provide effective communication, fair pricing, and quality service is simply unacceptable. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the headache and frustration by taking your business elsewhere.

Johnnie and Tammy are both professionals with mobility, friendly customer service and courtesy skills. They had two Inspectors present and the customer waiting area had a calm atmosphere.They are excellent at keeping track of their customers details and kept the service orders progressing. My sincere thanks to the Inspectors and automotive technicians who provided top notch service as well!2 months agoGreat for just about anything your vehicle needs. Johnny knocks it out of the park every time. Definitely glad he’s back taking care of everyone. Had my pickup just sitting because I hadn’t found another mechanic I trusted with it besides him. a month agoIf you want the machines to rip your car to shreds , come on down and get what I’m trying to warn you about , don’t know much about whatever systems they use , been using misters behind tinsle town for a decade and never came out with a scratch.4 months agoI love when they get it all right. Lots of great-smelling suds and blowers that nearly blow the paint off along with the window wiper blades…lol and when you reach the end of the colorful ride your met with happy but hot looking employee’s. Tried to call and no answer. Let messages and nothing. Maybe this will work. But was gonna cancel before hail storm as the machine aren’t great left my car still dirty.4 months agoConvenient and reasonable price. Lots of options for the level of wash you can choose from. The wash is very effective and left my car super clean. It’s nice to have the vacuums available after the wash. There are a lot of carwash places out there but this is one of the nicer ones and we will be back soon.a week agoI like it at first was quick n a great price but I had to buy a new car n I have been trying to cancel the old member ship & the website is down everyday & they never answer the phone

Such sick of a place. and staff at this car wash. Been here a couple of days ago and the car had sop stains all over the glass and body. Tried drawing talking to the staff and was asked to clean it myself with a so called fresh cloth… like seriously!!! I had no clue thts how car wash works… Hmmm… glad to have discovered that mate!
I had asked for another wash and was denied and upon insisting was they took down my details telling me they would call me back… Yeah and they did give me an imaginary phone call..
JUST AVOID THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT CAR WASH.
We have an unlimited car wash on one of our cars and we are going to cancel it.
I would like to start saying that the gentleman at the customer service spot when you arrived to find out about which service you are going to use… is AMAZING!! He is a very well spoken young gentleman with lots of patience and explained every options that this company offer with lots of details! What a great way to start a morning shift! He was smiling and energetic!! Kuddos to him and the rest of the team.

A very reasonably priced car wash that includes a hand towel dry. Free vacuums and complimentary glass cleaner and towels for use in the vacuum bays. Staff is always working hard and do a great job.
Editing my review 5/14/23: unfortunately this place has started going downhill. Something has changed in the last year or two, and my wrangler doesn’t get cleaned well. It’s possible it’s the shape of my fender flares, but even after a hand dry it’s still filthy. I’ve given it a few tries before changing my review, but I end up coming home and finishing the wash.
Garbage. Save your money. Lazy staff, dirty facilities, and 2nd rate equipment.
The staff do barely the minimum to get by. The people “drying” your car at the end haphazardly wave a towel over your windows, typically smearing around water and doing nothing more for the body at all. And pray you don’t run into any problems because getting anybody to help you will take a miracle.
It’s a 50/50 shot after exiting the wash tunnel that all the soap is even rinsed off your car, and bugs are usually just smeared into a larger mess.
Other locations don’t seem to have these problems so I’m left to believe it’s caused by uncaring management at this one. A facility is only as good as those running it.
How do I go about cancelling my membership? Online does not let you cancel. Contact Us Form does not submit and the cancel membership button online says “ECommerce is temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon for when I want to cancel my plan online.”
