a week agofelt a little weird! when i asked for the cheapest service, the worker gestured twds the 36 dollar option; then, telling them i only needed an exterior wash, they mentioned the 14~22 dollar options. regardless, i’m not sure if i got everything i paid for? after my car went thru the automated wash, the workers ushered me out of the lot (& without picking up my laminated card, as seen here). i’m not sure why the 22 dollar option is any different from the 14 one — i’m quite disappointed with how unguided the whole process was.in the last weekI visited the car wash on Veterans Day, looking forward to the free wash for veterans with my wife and daughter. Unfortunately, within three minutes of arriving at the vacuum station, we encountered a deeply unsettling incident.While my wife was getting our daughter out of her car seat, one of the workers thought it was appropriate to cat call and whistle at her. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable, especially considering the solemnity of Veterans Day.
Upon confronting the worker with his manager, I was dismayed by the dismissive response and the outright denial of the incident. It was disheartening to see such a lack of accountability for inappropriate behavior.
As a customer and a veteran, I believe it’s crucial for the management to address and rectify such incidents promptly. Veterans Day should be a time of respect and appreciation, and this experience fell far short of those expectations.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure a more respectful and welcoming environment for all customers.
4 months agoI had visited duck for 5 yrs and I always had the pleasure of visiting a car wash that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my vehicle shines both inside and out. This establishment has truly set the bar high when it comes to car wash services. With each visit, I have been consistently impressed by their dedication to delivering a spotless and thorough cleaning experience. They vacuum the floor and carpet, clean the interior, dash and even cap holder as well as door jab. Not to mention the exterior is super clean. Despite the exceptional quality they consistently deliver, their rates are reasonable and provide excellent value for money. 28 bucks with the card deal is not bad.3 months agoThe service staff, the people that work hard to actually clean your vehicle is amazing.5 months agoI like it! I bought deluxe car wash ($60) just for the outside of the car. Over 50% of the process is done by human! They hand wash my car in the beginning for like 5-10min and also hand wipe my car till it’s dry. My car front has some much dead bugs from the road trip and they really spent time cleaning them.Would definitely recommend!

One day, one car comes back really clean, the very next day, different crew, same car model, and the car comes back so dirty, I have to go and wash it by hand again. Wheels need more attention! Side skirts as well as the flies stuck to the front need a lot more attention! For the “Ultimate” option, I’m expecting a lot more, especially with so many people doing the actual work instead of just an automated carwash.5 years agoAbove average wash. Quick with good results. Located on El Camino Real Redwood City. You stay inside your vehicle during the wash process. Hand Wax, Supreme Hand Wax, Gasoline fill up and vacuum services also available. Large and helpful staff. They offer a monthly payment plan. For only about $25 a month, you can wash your vehicle once a day. They do a very good job and the kids love sitting in the car while going through the wash. Just try to go when it’s not too busy since that’s when we’ve had the best results.

Long review but worth it if you’re uncertain about where to get a quality car wash. My car was completely covered in tiny paint specks from a commercial painting contractor and I was doubtful and fearful about taking it to a local car wash to get it cleaned properly, especially since I received multiple estimates from professional body shops for $800 – $2,000 which included replacing the matte plastic pieces around the windshield and doors because they were impossible to clean without scratching. All cleaned for less than a quarter of other estimates.
2.5 hours later because I told them to take their time and get every speck removed and they absolutely did! I included before and after photos so you can see for yourself. The paint had been baked on for over three months and it still came back silky smooth like the day it rolled off the showroom floor only six months ago! Fabulous job both inside and out!
So, if you’re wondering if they’ll do a good job. Stop wondering because they will! Brad the General Manager was also hands on and runs a tight ship.
Purchased the $79.99 Spa Treatment Wash package and cannot believe how clean my car is! It’s spotless. They put leather conditioner on my dash & door panels and vacuumed up all the dog hair! I was out of there in 25mins! Highly recommend!
I spent 85$ on a complete wash, including trunk and mats. In 40 mibutes I recieved a car dirty, with spots and fingers all over the interior . I asked them to fix it. Got an attitude, but they swiped it. Asked them again. I recieved spots in the cars that I did not have before washing it. It was not clean as I was promised. More than that, they used up my windex I kept in the car just in case. If you want to overpay, face rudeness and be asjed to come back for them to redo it and spend another 40 min, you are welcome.
I loved how they left my car! I got the interior/exterior wash for $34. They cleaned it hella good! Got in between the land of no return around the seats! The spills and crumbs in the cup holder the dog hair on the seats the dust in the AC vents, steering wheel leather cover was wiped..I was very satisfied and it didn’t take them long at all..like 15mins or less.
I’ve been coming here a few years now. They are fast and efficient! You have different levels of washes and cleaning in and out. The staff is nice. I like they have Jill’s coffee shop here ro conveniently wait if they do the inside. Best time to come is after 9 and before 4. I usually don’t have to wait if I come during those times.
