Very clean place, got a snack and the whole staff was great w explaining the prices/process and waiting areas.4 months agoThe price was okay. The price is not too high. The place is clean. I tried to get all the pet hair out myself but was unsuccessful. THESE GUYS DID IT! Ezekiel you rock! Fair prices and the wait wasn’t bad. Ezekiel was thorough and super nice. Will be coming back and asking for him in the future!a year agoMy wife and kids took my Tesla to get detailed. Hand wash and clay bar full detail including the seat conditioner. It was well over $200. Now, maybe my expectation is too high, but I expected the door jams and rear hatch to be wiped down cleaned. I guess that’s not part of the service. I also expected the entire car to be washed and waxed. I guess that was too much to expect as well. The seats were covered in some type of oily substance. I wiped it off with my towel and it was black. Why would you not wipe them off? Sunday Father’s Day wearing your best and all stained from a general lack of detail. I hope you can appreciate the irony, take car to get detailed at a place who doesn’t pay attention to detail. I’m so tired of this place…they are just a quicky wash place. It’s embarrassing!2 months agoI’ve been coming to this car wash for awhile since it is close and the employees there do a pretty good job of cleaning my car. But the manager here is absolutely the worst. I’ve seen him on multiple occasions treat customers poorly and today he sarcastically said to a customer that wasn’t happy with the service “have a nice day”. He said this right in front of other customers waiting for their cars. I understand that he may have been upset with the way the customer was acting, but as a manager you have to show some concern for the customer at least feeling like they are being listened to, or at a minimum understand that there are other customers who don’t fully understand the situation, watching to see how you respond and treat your customers. This was the last straw for me. Even though the location is good and the employees are hard working, I can’t continue to patronize a business with this type of management.

2 months agoDo not waste your money. Gave them the opportunity to make it right. I was told it’s just a wipe down, their vacuum can’t get sand out of carpet, and the wheels are clean. This was a 42.95 car wash. This is the second vehicle I brought in the same day. First vehicle was washed nicely, even got sand out of the carpet(so not sure how they couldn’t in this one). I get it, it’s hot, and it’s busy, but at least try to make it right and re wash it correctly. Will not return. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this is not acceptable.7 months agoMy cars get treated like royalty at Mission Car Wash! From being vacuumed all the way through the washing to the employee’s who give them that final touch. I am ocd clean, and when I take my vehicles here, I do not feel the need to wipe on them further once I get home or whenever I am going. When you’ve been going for as long as some of us have been, your vehicles are known regardless of who drives them in, and they already know what you want/expect! I love the idea that they allow you to bring your vehicle back in if it happens to rain within, I believe, 48-72 hours if I am not mistaken for a free wash (not complete detail). Grab a snack or a quick massage inside in one of their chairs. Bathrooms are always clean, and they have plenty of nick nacks you can grab to throw inside your vehicle, such as air fresheners, etc. If by chance you’re not satisfied, just let them know and allow them the chance to make it right. If you can fit it into your budget, inquire about their wash plans.7 months agoLots of car care packages to choose d from. The staff does a great job inside and out. I do have one concern because it’s happened more than once. They may accidentally forget to apply polish wax and sealant when payed for. If so bring it to their attention and they will run your car through again.3 months agoSo this is the second time I visit this location. Hoping to give it a chance once again as they do provide oil changes as well, comes with your basic car wash included. However, both times I’ve paid to upgrade my wash. And honestly I came just hoping it’d be better. My car does not look as if it’s been washed at all. Literally has crumbs everywhere still, as if it was only vacuumed in the more visible spots. My seats are still dirty, not wiped down at all. Clearly was not dried well, as the water marks are streaky all over the place from after driving away. Very unhappy and definitely won’t be coming back.2 weeks agoVery poor truck wash. Soap spots, windows not cleaned well ( water spots) . Interior left slippery because of chemicals they used to clean inside. For $49 this place was a huge disappointment. Will never go back.
