6 months agoThey usually keep the place looking nice and clean and the machine does a good job for an automatic car wash. However, it is not right for them to sell a subscription yet close locations down during normal business hours. It is expected that this might happen occasionally but I’ve ran into this several times. Please don’t take your subscription customers for granted.a week agoGabriel was amazing… He was very accommodating, and he has kind eyes. Thank you Quick Quack!4 months agoRianah and Zander were amazing they went above and beyond to help me when I was there to wash my car I accidentally I was cleaning the buttons and I accidentally locked my keys in the car and all of my things and it was like triple digits and they were so helpful and I truly appreciate it and I would absolutely come back here and I would recommend it to anybody thank you guys5 months agoFree towels: no towels Free vacuum: the head was fossilized with chewing gum or something. The wash itself: good thing I didn’t order any waxes or coatings, because it would have sealed the dirt. I live right across the street. It could have been a membership. But instead, I’m gonna keep looking a self-wash.

3 months agoThe car wash is pretty good, but recently they’ve changed some things, such as they don’t brush the windshield anymore which assist with getting all the stuff that’s stuck on them. That’s what I loved about the car wash versus the other competitors is that they put in a little extra effort to remove the things off your windshield. Today was my first time going to Quick Quack. I chose the Lucky Duck single wash for $21.99 which was a bit pricier than I expected. After going through the wash, I went to the self clean area. I loved the vacuum and towels that you can use to deep clean your car. Jamie helped me by first, fixing one of the vacuums and second, getting me more towels. She was awesome 🙂 the signs say 10 min max but I stayed for at least 20 and no one minded. My car got very clean and I am satisfied (but still think it should be cheaper).
The only thing I didn’t like was that the worker checking people in tried to upsell the membership and was a bit pushy about it. Other than that, I had a great experience.
I like this Quick Quack location better than the other one on Sunrise. The employees are much nicer and I prefer their brand of customer service. The wash is always washing and the vacuums suck. Jamie remembers me every time I visit and knows I like my Dash Wipes. She is the Best Duck.
There was a Karen that held up the line trying to get a free car wash for 40 minutes on 10/1. I felt bad for the employees they kept apologizing. She refused to move her car and parked it right at the start of the wash so no one could pass and did not care that 33 cars had pulled up behind her. Usually this place is fast and awesome. So they get 5 stars . Karen gets negative stars for being a selfish lady.
So I get my truck washed it comes out totally wet.
I asked manager what the deal was so he sends me back through thinking they’re going to blow it off to dry it my truck gets washed again so now it’s clean but comes out totally wet again.
I talked to him he was nice enough to give me a refund.
Also you will have to wipe your car dry or truck dry so if you’re handicap or elderly think about going somewhere else.
I then come back because I forgot something and saw they where working on the problem so that’s good.
Make your own judgement will I go back probably not but that’s me.
Car Washing station is well staff equipped. Sana offered information about all plans. Ceramic plan is best to get added ceramic protection after cleaning.
