I come here often and today I was serviced by Will. He was very friendly, good energy, and serviced us with a smile. He was able to explain one of the washing services for us with no problems. The coworker in the booth with him was great help as well.

Otherwise, clean location with lots of options for the level of clean you choose. Great customer service and even floor mat washers! Appreciate the services offered and detail services are well worth the price. I spilled garlic butter in my back seat and they worked with me over a few weeks to remove the smell. They even got the salt stains from last winter out of my floor mats!!! I went to a competitor’s carwash this morning and was less than impressed with the results. I asked for my my money back and drove to Paradise. It’s a challenge to get my black gr corolla clean, but it always looks great after a visit to Paradise.3 months agoI have the basic monthly car wash subscription and go through 1-2x a week. I appreciate that they have people power wash the car before going through. Once in awhile I’ll get the interior upgrade – it costs more to get it vacuumed and wiped down. This isn’t a cheap car wash but I save money doing the monthly plan and only get interior when I’m too tired or busy to clean it myself. Also they have full detail service for people who want it really cleaned like new. The interior package is just a “quickie” clean.2 months agoGreat customer service, the charge for removing the pet hair was well worth, they did a great job overall but could have been a little more careful during the wipedown of protectant; as I drove home I noticed that the corners of the dash and doors had a different sheen. Nothing to be upset over because the vehicle looks 100% better!a year agoStopped by today for the first time, ordered their top level “Ceramic” wash for $24. Not impressed. The wash hardly took care of the minimal amount of bugs that were on the front of my SUV, and the wheels still have brake dust all over them. There are also dirty spots on the back where the brushes missed. The air dryers didn’t really dry the car either and I spent a decent amount of time with my own towels to take care of that. Honestly not any better than a Holiday car wash at half the price. That’s about it, now I’m going to head to the garage and get out my wheel cleaner and detail spray to take care of everything that was missed. Oh and the first parking spot I tried for vacuuming didn’t have any vacuums with any suction. For only a couple bucks more Gerrings in Wayzata does a FAR better job with hand drying the car and the wash there actually gets it clean.

Best car wash I’ve found in the twin cities!!! They a great job with both the interior and exterior of the car. The waxes and clears they use are also high grade and don’t leave any films.
The only thing to be mindful of is everyone loves this car wash so it can get a bit busy. They are really good about keeping cars moving but on a nice Saturday afternoon, you might be in for an hour long wait.
Full service car wash. They offer different packages + add ons. I got “The Werks” package, which includes interior, exterior, wipe down, vacuum, trunk, and tires for under $40.00. Car looked and smelled brand new. No streaks left on the glass. I was impressed. Although it was super crowded, they were fully staffed, which kept the lines moving. About 25 min wait. So be prepared.
Recommend? Absolutely.
Advice: Bring cash for tip.
They refused service because they said my truck won’t fit. It has been through at least 10 times with no problems. The guy in charge basically called me a liar, made me back out and leave. Don’t buy the unlimited wash, you might not be able to use it.
1st time and will be back. The long line looks daunting, but moves fast. The employees are all very pleasant. I came in because I can’t clean the back and front windows on the thinside. They are clean finally. Awesome job. Will be back.
They did really good job for my Nissan Rouge. One of the best water service in Minneapolis area. Today went for first wash, Thinking to buy unlimited pass. 20$ Really worth it.
