3 months agoThis place got VERY lazy.. used to be good about 2 years ago now the windows are left filthy and they goop globs of grease on your trim. The oils get on absolutely everything and spray all over your car when driving. Went back to get everything redone and might as well have gone to an automatic car wash.9 months agoVery unsatisfactory service, and wastage of money…. Waited 1 hour for my car to be cleaned up…. Rims were dirty, inside was still not cleaned properly. Water drop stains all over the car…. Should have used the Duckies across the road…. Would not suggest anyone2 months agoCame here with my boyfriend to get a basic wash and vacuum. When they said the car was ready, I noticed that there was still bug residue on the front bumper and the plastic cover on one of the side mirrors was completely off. We told them about it and they went to find it in the washer. They then tried to snap it back on but it didn’t go on completely. We filled out an incident report and they said someone would call. When we left, we barely got a quarter of a mile before the engine started overheating. The car was fine before we went here. We went back to fill out another incident report and they barely let us do that, saying that they wouldn’t be responsible, even if a mechanic says their wash damaged it. Their lack of concern for the quality of their work is super concerning and I wouldn’t advise anyone go here.2 years agoI’ve been coming here for four years now and they always treat me like family. They do a great job cleaning the inside of the car, I used to do it myself but I just got tired of it. The monthly plan are a great deal. If you find any issue with the car service, they will definitely work on it immediately to fix it. Jose the on-site manager is pretty nice and on top of things. No company is perfect of course but they definitely do a great job!!a month agoThey do a good job, and the monthly plan is a really good deal if you wash your car more than once a month.

a month agoBest place to get car washed, go early if you can. 100% recommenda month agoWhen I was approached for the car wash, I didn’t get any direction at all. I followed the gentleman who took my coupon and ask him do I wait here in the waiting room he was like sure. After the wash I found out my antenna was broken and drove back, the found my antenna in their wash and then tole me to a sign in a random location saying they are not responsible for damages to antennas….. Who doesn’t give a warning to tell new customer who don’t know how your was is run…. They took my number promising the manager Leo was going to call me th next day since he wasn’t in. I waited and came in during lunch and same guy say manager is busy with 4 location and isn’t in…. BBQ place & Barbershop on site.4 months agoWe have been going to this Establishment for years and we have NEVER had service like this before!! We paid $32 + a generous tip unfortunately before looking inside my car (MY MISTAKE) and realized that they only vacuumed the right side of my car, but only the front and 2nd row. The 3rd row was completely untouched. I even told the gentleman that there was bits of trash underneath the seats and his response was NO PROBLEM! Apparently there was! The inside was not wiped down as well. When I called to complain the Gentlemen told me that the $32 only covers vacuuming and not a wipe down inside the car. So, I literally paid for a half @ss job! I Seriously no longer recommend this car wash!3 months agoI have been to this car was many times before. I went there on Monday and paid 60.00 to have the car wash . Come to find out there was a guy washing the cars really quickly by hand and then someone else was wiping the car down. That means the bottom of the car was not cleaned and the wax was not applied to the car. I also realized that they did not vacuum the back seat floor mats . I won’t be back.
