Great place to get your vehicle washed!2 weeks agoToday 11/4/2023 I went to get my truck washed n out of courtesy I thanked a female employee where the sticker gets scanned and told her: “ thank you for being here and for what you do.” She smiled and thanked me back. I go through the car wash and went to an open spot to dry it and an employee with braces helped me to dry my truck. I didn’t get his name, but he was also very professional and helpful. I was drying the back window of my pick and the female whom I thanked for being there when I first arrived went up to me and asked me if I had the military discount because she saw my plates and wanted to make sure. I told her I didn’t know. She checked and I didn’t have it. Her name is Brenda Aguilar. She made my day by out of the blue checking my membership status and switching my account to the military discount. THANK YOU BRENDA FOR MAKING MY DAY. Keep up the good work, you and everyone. He was eager to help and had a positive attitude. Overall, my experience was a 5/5 ⭐️. No complaints.in the last weekI went in person to the Pharr location on Jackson and cancelled my membership in August they refunded the difference. Then, just a few days ago in October I got a charge on my card by them. I called customer service and they said oh sorry you won’t be charged anymore. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work didn’t think to ask about getting a refund for a charge I didn’t authorize. I called today and I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes no answer at all, I got busy and had to hang up, so I called again and held for 17 minutes still no answer. Why didn’t they offer a refund when I initially called? I haven’t even been to their car wash since the day I cancelled. 2 months agoI thought competition brings prices down. The cheapest option is $10 and it looks likewise bay was missing brushes. My vehicle stayed wet even after the blow dryers. For the premium prices I can just get someone to come hand wash my car. Not a horrible place, just not worth it for me.3 months agoOne of the best car wash places I’ve been to. They have window and car interior cleaners and towels that are free to use, and the vacuums work really well. Some nitpicks I can mention is that not all vacuum stalls are currently functioning, and the guys who “clean” the front of your car before going in don’t seem to be very enthusiastic about ensuring the front of your car is cleaned up. Apart from this crew, every other worker you run into is friendly.3 months agoGreat prices and good service! Im here every day and its only $20 all month long! This is a great company! I’ve been visiting for a couple of weeks now, and their customer service is incomparable. Angie has been amazing at explaining the car wash to me and how their memberships work, she’s knowledgeable of the science that goes into the wash!! Alexa is also kind enough to help dry my car after I wash it. highly recommend this place!!
I want to thank Alexa, she was very polite and very informative! Alexa helped me and my husband with our package deal and added both of our vehicles very promptly and efficiently with what works of us!
I got the ceramic duck wash and I loved that once we went into the car wash it informed us with the wash we selected (I wish I could have taken a picture, but I was so excited!). My husband and I really loved this feature because when we have gone to other car wash locations, it doesn’t really tell us and we can’t really tell if we got the wash we selected. In addition to this they write 1-3 on the windshield letting the person who guides us know the wash we chose! Really recommend this car wash!
Great location towels to wipe car down has a pretty cool hologram of the duck you can see as you are passing the wash Amadeo was nice and helpful to making sure we took advantage of the towels the vacuums
I got the Ceramic Unlimited Plan and I love it. Car looks really good like if I just waxed it. I used to spend like $30/mo on basic wash for like 5 car washes a month. Can’t beat it for Unlimited now. You can also use the membership at all their other locations too! They have them in Mission, Pharr & Donna.
Literally took my cars emblem off and they didn’t do anything about it except give it back and now it’s broken and I can’t even put it back.

Mario the store manager reached out to me and was apologetic and took responsibility for the inconvenience and said they would be replacing the emblem for me.
