3 weeks agoUnfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this place. It’s honestly hit and miss most of the time and usually it’s a miss. I’m a pretty frequent customer at this location and each time I get more and more disappointed. I went in around 11 pm, there was no line and definitely no excuse for this negligence. Clearly half of the crew knows what they’re doing and pays attention while the other side does not. I don’t mind paying top dollar to have my rig cleaned but for the price that’s charged, I believe they can and should do better and I wish they would pay as much attention to detail as they do with their personal cars in the parking lot because they look show room ready. Please extend the same attentiveness to our vehicles as you do to yours and make the quality match the money being charged. Thank you.4 months agoFinally, great service, glad they changed supervisor or team, wherever Blue Beacon did, it is working. Now they are doing an awesome job. My truck and trailer looks great, and they took the time to clean it properly. Good job guys.3 months agoFor as much as they charge, the work is very poor….. I work for a company that allows their whole fleet to wash trucks there, and you would think that they would take care of you, but that isn’t how the outcome is. I have to always check the work after they’re done, and it never fails that they’ve missed a lot of spots, and it is so obvious. They charged me 75 bucks in mud clean up which is still all over the truck and trailer. They did not clean inside the wheels and did not do the undercarriage wash either. 193 bucks for the crappiest wash iv seen. 5 months agoNo longer offering wheel and tire service, or further hand drying for VIP memberships. They cannot properly dry a crew cab long bed truck in 30 seconds at the end of the tunnel and got the plan for that reason alone.Actually thought about it and it’s one star, had to sit and wait for almost 20 minutes before anyone came and told me they aren’t doing it anymore. After they walked by several times.
Found a paper on the next lane over, on the second go around because it wasn’t clean the first time.
5 months agoFun experience for my lil one..but the sensors seem to always be down so it takes forever to go through the line. Also the girl at station always looks like she’s half asleep. The young men seem to do a good job..the lil one loves seeing all the rainbow colorsin the last weekI have no idea how this place stays in business. I took my car to get it washed, and it came out, looking dirty. The manager did offer to rewash my car herself. Why should I have to waste my time for them to rewash my car when they couldn’t wash it correctly the first time?a year agothe guys at the beginning of the car wash just sprayed it down the stood there and barely scrubbed it as I went by. then got throw and to the other end was somewhat dried off. Get out to vacuum and dose not even look like I got it washed!! it was not extremely dirty so save your money and just don’t get it washed.3 weeks agoVery convenient,but needs to be more professional with better help.also have to wait EVERYTIME for gate to come up for last three to 4 months. I pay for monthly wash and I should be able to drive up without having to wait! Please fix this!

High quality service, the staff is friendly and they greet you, they washed my car the way I want to, it had some stains and it got completely cleaned!
Best managed and working car wash in the area. I wish they would enforce a “no detailing” policy in the vacuum area when it’s busy because the line backs up waiting for a spot but other than that, great.
