5 months agoThey use rubber and fabric strips to clean the car. A piece of fabric got stuck in my car and the manager, Dillon gas lit me and said they only have rubber. I pointed out that there are cloth machines and it’s the same material stuck in my car. He said all Mercedes have material sticking out by the headlights. I beg to differ. He also refused to go look at before and after video of my car prior to the wash. Worst customer service ever and took zero responsibility!!! Don’t use this car wash.a week agoI had a 50% off so it cost me $11. I will not pay $22 and have to dry and vacuum myself. I have a bad knee and it was hard. The atmosphere is very nice. Lots of room when drying and vacuuming and nice music playing. Love the towels!2 months agoQuick fast and efficient way to wash my car! Looked incredible after the ceramic wash. Very impressed on how clean the site was and the plethora of vacuums. Nice smelling dash wipe and air freshener came with it. Thanks so much for being so close to my place! Definitely can’t wait to come back soon. Backstory on why I went here and the superior service from Abby, the assistant manager:Went here today to redeem my free wash and was mistaken as the coupon was for a different location. However this was not a problem as Abby took amazing care of us and explained why it didn’t work. She honored the promotion for us.
3 months agoYesterday I took my Honda Pilot to get a wash. After I went through the wash my driver side tail-light cover was off. I told the manager and he didn’t seem too concerned. He took my info and said someone would call back. No one did. I drove back today to try and resolve the problem. The manger today didn’t leave his post to talk with me. He said not covered. He did say they had video of car having tail-light on, and when it came out it was off. I just want my taillight cover back on. Sale #92698883931.a month agoAsked for a car wash. Was 15 dollars but then they charged me monthly. I never asked for a membership. I didn’t get a membership card or anything. It wasn’t discussed at all. But they still decided to charge me. If they do this, do not go to their website and make an account. It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Call your bank directly and report for fraud charge. This is much easier than dealing with the car wash corporate. Block all payments, I recommend only coming here if you have cash only.

4 months agoIt’s great this area finally got a good high-capacity car wash. It’s easy to get to, there are plenty of car bays to pull into (and each bay is larger than the College/Vista Way location). Lots of bums in the area however, and I’ve seen times when they would venture into the car bay area so watch out.Only issue I have really is the blue towels they put inside each bay are always WET. What good is drying your car with a wet towel?? This makes no sense to me. I’ve had to resort to buying my own towels (Costco has pack of yellow ultra plush microfiber towels for $15 FYI).

Everything was clean neat & he definitely deserves a raise!!3 months agoI am a complete car wash connoisseur I’ve been to a million of them! This is one of the best! They have a mat cleaning machine free. Excellent vacuums both handle sizes. Compressed air to blow out all the dirt! An attire pressure air gauge to fill up your tires with air free! They give you a cleansing wipe and sent for your car free! And they have excellent affordable monthly deals! I live in Beverly Hills and there’s none near me but when I’m out and about I always try to go to this excellent chain! Would love to buy one if they’re franchised 💯in the last weekI have twice where I was helped my manager Carmen once to change my vehicle and one to change the plan on my wife’s truck. Both times great experiences. And the the washes…wonderful. And the crevice tool, Wow.a month agoThe boys at the entrance, Gabe and Nate, are absolutely hilarious and adorable. They are great at helping you out when you come over there confused like I did today. While assisting me, they were cracking jokes to keep me laughing and entertained. Keep those boys at the front, they will keep the customers coming back. I also want to thank Raquel for answering more questions for me. She was really sweet and appreciated her stopping to help me.

Busy location. Wash is pretty good unless you have lots of bugs on the front. Sometimes there’s no spot to dry off because the bays are full.
Always good stock of clean rags for drying.
I would like the vacuums to have a much better suction.

Great value and reasonable good job cleaning the car. Tight space and a bit difficult getting to it but doable. Decent vacuums’ and plenty of clean towels to wipe down after the wash. The monthly plan is hard to beat. Locations throughout SD county make it a plus.
