a month agoRecently went in for a wash, and left with three nice scratches on my drivers side window. Obviously this is the door I look at the most so I noticed them right away, when I told them about it. One guy tried to help by looking in the cameras but he saw no scratches when I drove in so he wanted to look at another angle. The boss came and immediately shut me down and said it was impossible that I got scratches on my window. I didn’t even ask for a compensation or anything I just wanted them to recognize (and hopefully fix) their wash that is damaging some cars. I got treated as if I put those scratches there on purpose. No respect and I won’t trust them again with a car wash. You get what you pay for 💯 I advise going elsewhere it’s not worth the stress4 months agoNice place to stop by and get your car washed. Plenty of vacuum stations and great customer service by the employees.4 years agoSince I had a coupon from this place with $ 2.00 off, and my car also needed a wash I decided to stop in for a try. I went for a diamond wash which cost $14.00 with $2.00 off I ended paid $12.00. This was a great deal and as I could see why this was the most expensive of all. They cleaned your car wheels before the wash, on top of that there were at least three times of different kind of soaps that applied to your car. After that, they sprayed the armored coat to my tires to make them look nicer. They also gave me a new clean towel with car freshener on top of that. It was an experience for me because I normally used the $10.00 service at other places. There was plenty of spots of the vacuum cleaner at this place for you to do your own vacuum. This wasn’t a bad deal at all and my car looked much better than other times I had used the car wash at other places. Seriously, it looked more shining than before, because they used some of the wax while washing the car. I really loved it and would try it again in the future. Ah one more thing, they also have the vending machines for your refreshments at this place. You want it you pay and yes it is not free. Services were very friendly, helpful and super nice.3 months agoBeen going to this car wash for a while, they always turn the top machine off to accommodate my overhead storage. They didn’t for whatever reason this time, and it destroyed it along with cross bars and the rails on my vehicle. Manager saying they aren’t responsible and scribbled his name off of the report sheet after i went back to take a photo of the report. I have photos of damage and of the report he scribbled his name off of (great business practices!). If they do not rectify this situation and accommodate me for damages through insurance, I’ll leave this review up with thousands of others, and post everything everywhere so everyone knows not to come here. If they fix it, I’ll remove it and move on.6 years agoThis place is awesome! Just drive on up with your car , select the type of car wash you want and pay at the machine, pull your car up where you are directed in by a very friendly team member as you enter the wash zone.After you pull out to a huge service bay area where you can vacuum (no extra cost) your car , detail it with a free microfiber towel that they give you. They also have vending machines here in case yoy should require a snack . This place is very clean, friendly and affordable.
They also have a pay by the month (I live nearby so I joined) and feel free to wash your car as many times as you want membership! Highly recommend this place.

5 months agoFirst time here and very disappointed. I usually wash my own car. But this was my own Mother’s Day gift to myself so could relax. After getting the car back I went straight to the quarter wash to finish cleaning it. After paying $55 plus tip. The job was very rushed and not detailed at all. Very disappointed, don’t recommend it and won’t be going back. Their tire place was good and they recommended the wash. I regret it I’m $60 bucks short and still has to finish cleaning it myself.2 weeks agoHave been coming to Wash my 5 cars for a long time. The cashier is very pleasant.Carlos always takes care and makes sure cars are done excellent. Was a disappointment to find out that when it rains, you get exterior only that doesn’t include armor all on tires. I always get the diamond on all my cars. This was the first time I used the rainy day guarantee. I washed my truck and rian the next day. It’s not ok to pay $35 plus $5 tip and not get armoral on my tires. especially when paying for the service 24 hours ago. Carlos was corteus to take care of it but was worried about getting in trouble. If you are not going to include it as an exterior rainy day. You need to post it on your board. I will continue to wash my cars here, just need to make sure you post your rainy day rules clearly. Thanks Jimmy
a month agoVery disappointed and dissatisfied . First time to visit this car wash but not coming back again. Their service is not worth the price, I paid $32.99 plus tip but what they did Is just a quick wash and quick hand dry. I just wasted my time and money coming in this place. My wife had to re do it again.3 weeks agoFirst time there are all I have to say is that it took them less than 20 minutes to wash the car. The results, devastating. Water drops everywhere, I had to ask for a microfiber in order for me to do it myself. 30 dollars for what?! Will no longer return and this review is just to save people the time and money.2 months agoThe car was fairly dirty as I’d driven through a work zone during rain but when I got home there was extra cleaning to do as the back of the car was still quite dirty, around the license plate and inside the back lift door required cleaning. The bumpers and wheel trim in back were also smeared and needed addition work. I got the cheapest wash which was still $29+ so no tire treatment.

Come here often and it’s fast, efficient and cheap. I don’t expect a the machine to clean 100% of my car but for being a machine it does the job. You can park your car behind the vacuum staging area and detail your car afterwards. I just wished they monitored the people vacuuming because they are some that are cleaning their rims in the vacuum lane which makes a line for people that want to vacuum their vehicle. Like I said, there’s a separate parking lot in the back that you can detail your car without holding up the line. Overall it’s great place to wash your car.
Good car wash BUT I feel like you can get the same results with the 2 cheapest washes and skip the most expensive. I got the most expensive which was $16 and there wasn’t anything extra special about it. The wash pushes you through quickly and there’s no real scrubbing happening. It does a great job of dry/wiping all the residue though. There’s tons of vacuum spots to clean the interior and they also give you a dash wipe and 2 air freshners complementary which was a nice touch.
Always great service and clean facility. Line is long so that must mean others feel the same.
My favorite car wash place, not only the workers are nice but this location actually cleaned my car versus other locations. Fr best one around..!
Have been coming here since it opened. Have to say its starting to look run down. Vacuums lack suction and most slots are missing them or the air hose. Come early or during the week to avoid long lines.
