Cons: slow cashier inside, left the car dirty, tax was added, $2 charge for not having a sedan, waste of $14. Granted it was a lot cheaper than most car washes but to have your car come out dirty is infuriating.a month agoI like this car wash. They do a decent job. But if u pay for6 interior the interior shouldn’t be dirty afterwards. Had to clean a few times afterwards. If they fix that problem the service would be great.5 months agoI had a really good experience with this car wash this morning. The wait was not long at all with two cars in front of me. The first employee who attended me was quick to work and vacuum the interior. The car came out unrecognizable (and maybe that’s a sign I should wash it more). All the employees were hardworking. a week agoAlways on point, hassle free and honest people. I’ve done my inspections on all my cars here for years (Toyota, Honda, Acura, Volvo and Audi). And their car wash is hands down best in the Bronx, make sure u stay on top of the workers who do the final wipe and you should be good (tip them?)7 months agoThe car wash is always clean and the staff is nice. I just wish they would take more time with vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car. Because the car wash is always busy they rush to get to each customer which leads to being short changed with the detailing especially if you pay for the detailing service.11 months agoVery disappointed because I got the most expensive service worth $80. They were supposed to clean and make the interior clean and shiny. It is even described as “clean the hard to reach places”. Unfortunately, they missed a lot of spots and the interior isn’t shiny. I had way better service when I had the $50 one and the interior was super shiny with the $50 service. I asked the clerk to just charge me with the $50 service, but she said that the manager is not there and she can’t make that decision. I didn’t want to deal with the cleaners and complain to their face so I just left.in the last weekSo I get my car serviced at Nissan and the give me a free car wash at this location. I get there and was advised that they only clean the outside..no problem I said..so they present me the packages they offer for inside. As you can see From the photo I paid over $58 for this car wash. There is still soap scum that was drifting and dried on the outside of my car, and my car was still dirty. When the car initially got to the car wash, they only did an exterior wash and did not clean the inside because they didn’t notice that I had gotten. The inside service which includes the carpets. Being vacuumed and the Matt’s being washed. This was honestly dreadful. I spent 45 minutes at this car wash on my lunch break, this is totally unacceptable. I’ve been here twice before. And although they don’t do the best job. It has never been this bad. I’m so disappointed.
I am a monthly customer Splash is a great place to come and wash your car. Staff is very nice and friendly and they do a great job
Jorge is the absolute best! I feel like family when I come to get my car washed. I’m greeted with a warm and friendly smile always. My elderly mom even enjoys the trips to the car wash because of the acknowledgment given her and making her feel like her presence is enlightening to him. As always, I get the best personal service. The rule at Splash is they treat me and my cars like we are family. I’d only get my cars detailed at Splash. They are pros and they all care with the excellence. No car should ever be cleaned elsewhere. David and Jesus, Master are favorites.
Great service ! I became a member so I can bring in my car for a car wash everyday if I want to for a flat monthly fee. I love this feature. Finally my car can always stay clean even with 3 small kids in the car daily. Staff is very polite and professional !
