5 months agoI would recommend you skip this carwash unless you want service and support like I experienced two weeks ago. I had an exterior cleaning as well as an interior steam clean. I was told my car was ready and I was good to go. I looked inside and saw that the steam cleaning had stripped the lining on the steering wheel, door panel, and the buttons on the arm rest. No one notified me of this. When I asked the person who performed the service, he asked me to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor shrugged his shoulders, made excuses and was not helpful in resolving the issue. I asked him to take my information and have the owner contact me. He said the owner would contact me in one to two days. Two weeks later the owner hasn’t contacted me. I went to the car wash to follow up and another person took my information and put it in the file with the other incidence reports. I asked her when the owner comes in. And she said all the time. So the owner hasn’t reviewed these reports or bothered to follow up with me. I asked her if we could contact the owner and she said no. I can’t imaging running a business this way. Very disappointing.5 months agoI’m giving 2 stars cause I went yesterday and I got the cheapest wash. I was upset with the results and went back. The manager did explain that due to leather sears it would mess then up if they just took a wet towel to it. But I specifically asked for the cup holder to be cleaned and the guy servicing the car said yes well it was not done. So on top of that I bought a airfreshner and it had no smell. They tried to give me back less than I paida year agoMy family and I have been using classic car wash for many years. I recently moved back into town after going away for college and was excited to have my car cleaned there once more. I paid for the premium wash and added ceramic wax, about $53.They were definitely fast but my car was just as filthy after as it was before. The vacuuming was absolutely terrible, it honestly looked like they maybe did a 30 second pass. The outside of the car was also still very dirty, however the car was very dirty to begin with so I was more forgiving there.
Later in the day, I noticed a scratch on the inside of my windshield. I rubbed it with my fingernail and it definitely felt like a scratch. Our best guess is someone with a wedding ring wiping the dashboard? We returned to the car wash, same day, waited about 5-7 minutes for the manager to come out and take a look. It was the most abrupt unprofessional interaction. He barely said 3 words to us, scrubbed on the windshield with his damp rag and told us it was just sticker residue. He didn’t bother hearing any other concerns or even hear the entire story. I was really shocked and even more disappointed. Whatever he polished the windshield with “removed” the scratch. Maybe I was wrong and it wasn’t a scratch, that would be awesome. Or he just placed some polish there to fill it with his rag, time will tell. One thing is for certain, he was not at all attempting to obtain any customer retention.
I will not be returning to classic car wash. I have told all of my family, who will also not be returning. I will continue to tell as many people as I can so this lack of professionalism and generally terrible work can be addressed by the owner. I paid $3 at a self service carwash and vacuumed my car 100% better than their $53 service, that is very sad. There are many reviews echoing mine in the last few months, the business needs to re-evaluate their priorities and how they want to be known in the community.
a month agoFor all the negative reviews … which almost caused me to not give them a chance I think all need to know that I Am more than happy with their service and detail. My seats were stained, almost embarrassed to give anyone a ride. And now they look like new. Cloth seats that I could not clean myself. Best money I’ve spent in a long time.a month agoDon’t go, they let me down so profoundly that I am having a hard time with my blood pressure! I spoke to the manager twice. Apparently it’s my fault they didn’t do what I paid them to do! I was not the only customer today that was let down. I spoke with the cashier he said he gets yelled at all day. I could give many details but I don’t Wana have a heart attack!

a month agoIt’s a pretty basic self car wash. It’s a little smaller than most well, at least the vacuuming area. There are only two in the front where the vending machines are for car cleaning products. Very limited in parking if you’re trying to dry your car there on a busy day.a month agoI’m from out of town and needed to clean some stuck-on dust and grime from my truck. Not living here I didn’t have a driveway or any other place I could “do it myself.” Took the truck to this facility and used both the high pressure wash and the bubble brush – neither of which were effective at removing much, even though there were plenty of suds in both. Especially I thought the bubble brush would work (loads of suds), but no – my truck looked pretty much the same afterwards (ie: still dirty with a coating of stuck-on dust and grime). Very disappointed. So the next day I purchased some premium auto washing concentrate and used it with my own brush while keeping the facility’s water on the whole time to be fair to the owner. The product I purchased took the dust and grime off easily – proving that the chemicals used in this facility are poor quality and ineffective. I spent about $50 altogether at this facility between the two days and am very displeased. Suggest you look for another place to wash your dirty car.4 months agoI like that if you use a card they charge literally by the minute. I hustled a d washed the exterior of my full size work truck and it only cost $4.7511 months agoI’d avoid. It maxed my time out at 25 dollars and I tried to stop the machine at 12 minutes. So doubled the amount of time and $ that I used. No one is on the other side of the phone number to help you. Scam3 months agoI had to wait in line for a long time. One of the lanes was closed for repairs. That left only three.

The car detailing was great, but they clearly didn’t suck up any moisture from the carpets and I’ve had to air out my car for days so it doesn’t get moldy. Also, there was so much moisture in my car that my seat belt sensor started bugging out…
I’ve use their basic wash before but for the first time I tried the silver wash and I’m not satisfied with the end result. There were a few missed spots visible to the eye on vacuuming. The wipe down was okay. I noticed at the rear of the car was not properly wiped. Things that the basic wash would missed and expected to miss. I expected them to catch. In my opinion, I will never go back for a silver wash. After this experience, I will not even go for the gold wash.
The service and quality of car wash are good here, prices are decent. The vacuums are quite powerful too. I appreciate the workers preparing the car before getting into the wash, really helps!
