I should have known something was not right when they “cleaned it” in 20 minutes There was sand under the seats. THEY DID *NOT* EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN: •the console • the cup holder • the dashboard •the door panel above and below • windshield – still HAS water spots on it •the window seals on all window • the driver vanity mirror •NO AIR FRESHENER!!!

2 years agoDon’t be fooled by the well-kept exterior. Their mid-range ‘Pressure’ wash ($12) left patches of road dust throughout the exterior and failed to remove both bird droppings and freshly fallen fruit from a black olive tree. Have gotten better results from the less expensive ‘Basic Wash’ at the older, not-as-pretty car wash closer to home. Only stopped here because I’d thought that a more modern car wash facility would boast a better wash. This was clearly not the case. (The road dust isn’t as easily visible as everything else.)a year agoI’m so happy with how Jako went above and beyond to help me today. He is very knowledgeable and happy to help. He seems to really enjoy what he does. He is very honest and will figure out the best solution for your car. I had paint splatter on my car and he took it off. He went above and beyond with helping me with some scratches as well. Will be coming back for sure.3 years agoI’ve been here before and had a really good results. But I ran my truck through the wash today and it left behind a lot of soap and dirt. Will try again but if it keeps leaving dirt I won’t be back12 months agoThis car wash truly has disappointed me and I will not be returning again. There’s multiple cheap car wash options all of which I believe none will be sufficient enough to clean the car to the desire that a consumer such as myself would like. Once you get out of the wash it self, you notice all the watermarks and the residue that it leaves on the car. The car itself doesn’t actually get washed which makes sense as to why they have all those options because they don’t really do anything. Also , when it comes to the vacuuming of the car, the suction that those vacuums have is a joke, the suction is so poor the amount of dirt left behind is ridiculous.Not to mention the inconvenience on how humongous the head of the vacuum machine is so you can’t really even get into the crevices of your car like you should be able to let alone the Matt cleaner sucks . The amount of dirt left behind shows how dirty the machine is and it needs to be cleaned throughout the day, clearly that won’t be happening anytime soon. So Definitely would not recommend you come here and waste your money as well as your time . Please save your car and drive in the other direction from this establishment if you appreciate your vehicle 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

The wash doesn’t rain soft at the end dot the dryers don’t work properly, your car comes out wet. . I am going to cancel my 2 remaining cars.a week agoAmir was kind and helpful. Migdia was very helpful guiding us through the process of figuring out which wash would benefit us most, and guided us through a speedy process with a smile and positive attitude. Louis is an amazing manager and the young lady Jennifer they went above and beyond for me with my situation with the incident report that’s been going on for 3 months if it wasn’t for Louis sending it through and staying on top of it I would have never got the help I needed and the incident report would have still been sitting on that desk . I must say no one goes above and beyond like these 2 Jennifer is always so kind to me and calling and staying on top with the site Manger and makes sure that she always takes care of me . Honestly if it wasn’t for them I would have stopped coming here new management has really been on top of there game in this location . Thank u Luis for being super understanding and helpful and actually caring about the customers and thank u Jennifer for always reassuring u will make sure things get done .
Horrible cancellation policy and they do not try to make customers happy. The majority of the vacuums are always broken. I would not recommend anyone to get the unlimited car wash service.
This place is amazing for taking care of your car’s needs. Leaving the wash leaves the car looking super clean and shiny. The vacuums work great for cleaning hard to get gunk from the inside of your car. I came during the weekend and the manager Luis and Jennifer gave very great customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here.
This place is awesome. One stop shop for your car. Luis the manager helped me with the menu to select the car wash best needed for my car. I got an awesome car wash. The place was really clean. I will be coming here from here on out
