2 months agoIf I could give zero I would. My car was not washed. No one outside to tell me to pull up or do pre spray on vehicle. When I went in to speak to a manager I was told that it was my fault. That I would not receive a refund by someone who claimed he was the manager.in the last weekSomething about this Carwash always NEVER works. Never get the full wash that we pay for. Attendants do NOT care. Very filthy. You/I can scream all you want. Does NO good. Vacuums at one time great. My car had a few bugs and some loose white dust from a road trip to Nashville last week. Prep consisted of a soapy broom wiped over parts of the windshield. The tunnel seemed longer than average yet seemed to do much less than my usual car wash. After the wash the bug residue and much of the dust were still there. The vacuum hose was disconnected in the bay I pulled into. I easily removed the dust with a cloth. I’ll let my regular car wash get the bug residue tomorrow. You might as well have taken my money at gunpoint…

I was a PAYING customer paying a outrageous price for a little sausage link on a stick, and I went to the back to sit down to eat my food, bc it’s 100 degrees outside and the lady at the front counter tells me its ONLY for car wash customers that I can’t sit there for FIVE MINUTES to eat my meal. Hopefully I don’t get in a wreck or have a heat stroke. Extremely rude and disrespectful people that work there. The LOT of them. And that’s what I paid $8 for.3 weeks agoChicken strips were dry and the drumsticks were burned and dry. Y’all need to check the foods serve ability if it’s dry don’t serve it and likewise the drumsticks overcooked. The breading was burned and the meat dry.I eat here a lot and the food here has never been terrible. Today is the exception. The only saving grace were the potato wedges.
I know y’all can do better. Please please please.
a year agoNice place. Clean and all the staff are friendly, even after working all night. The hot food is also pretty good. I go early in the morning on my way to work when it’s still dark but the parking lot is very lit up and it feels safe. Will continue to shop here.9 months agoI was very disappointed, my car was still dirty, there were spots that the machine missed only one person trying to brush or wash the car before I entered the car wash, made it worst.
