They have thought of everything from the exceptional drive thru car wash to the amenities at the self serve interior wash. Who gives you micro towels (to borrow) and spray cleaners to clean your interior – Jimmy’s does! I don’t usually bother with the vacuuming etc. But this time I did! So nice to vacuum all the accumulated crud from my car including taking out my floor mats and doing a really good job. Then using the awesome microfiber cloths and interior spray I cleaned the dashboard, controls, seats and doors. And then topped it off by washing the inside of the windows with the glass cleaner provided and the microfiber does a beautiful job with no streaks. I’m not kidding this cleaning made my car seem 5 years newer and I like it again!!! 😂. Thanks Jimmy Suds for all the right tools to get my car looking great. And today in the rain the water beads up thanks to the avalanche seal. As always, I appreciate the friendly and helpful workers. Overall a great experience and excellent value.

a month agoWent in for a car wash a few weeks ago and the top brush slammed into my car, causing the entire windshield to crack. Cobblestone refuses to take responsibility and are still operating a grossly dangerous car wash. Have been attempting to receive a response from customer service for 3 weeks and have heard nothing. Terrible and scary experience.a month agoGreat car wash! They supply the blue soft cloths to clean inside and out, and a great vacuum system. At first I was skeptical of the platinum price….until 3 weeks later my car still looks amazing. It’s definitely worth it.in the last weekTerrible. $14 for what? It didn’t even spray to get all the soap off before it attempted to dry it. The guy working barely sprayed the front of the car, sprayed my driver window the most, maybe intentionally, and didn’t touch the back or the passenger side. 2 of the spinning brushes weren’t even moving. Terrible car wash. Save your money for something else. In fact I’ll stick with Metro Express car wash was even though it’s further away from my house. Truly disappointed. When they first opened it was great, but every time I go to get my car washed lately I have to go through several times and it is still dirty. Not only is the quality of the car wash terrible, so is the staff. I had a terrible experience with a teenager looking girl who presented herself as a manager who was not helpful or accountable for her staff at all. When I brought my issue to her, she laughed at me and did not offer a solution. Needless to say I will no longer be spending $40.00 a month here on a membership.in the last weekBeware: vehicle damage. Awhile back I brought my truck here and the topper was damaged during the wash. I considered it bad luck. This past weekend, I took my car in for a wash and the windshield was cracked during the wash. Now I see reviews of other damaged vehicles and felt compelled to add my experience.

I was a bit skeptical of getting a detail here due to the subpar reviews but I went in for a full interior detail with an outside wash. It was really well priced, got my car back quickly and they even went over to have me inspect it before leaving the lot. They got into all the nooks and crannies and there wasn’t a spec of anything left. I’ll definitely be back here with my other vehicles if this is the type of the service they provide. Highly recommend them for a full interior detail.
Probably should have checked their work a little better before I left, but this is ridiculous. When I pay for the Ultimate Wash, I’m expecting an Ultimate Wash. If I paid this little attention to detail at my job, I’d be out of work.
What happened to this place? They used to do great work, but I don’t think we’ll be bringing our company vehicles here anymore.
I chose this place because it is advertised as ‘brush-free’. Well, the employees there will hose the car down, then they take a broom and scrub the dirt off prior to putting it through the wash. 🙄 Kinda defeats THAT purpose.
Also, the inside was not wiped down very well. I understand that it wasn’t a detailing that I purchased, but for $36.99, I was expecting more. They didn’t bother vacuuming the back either. I’ll attach some pictures.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This is the second time I’ve been dissatisfied with my services. It’s really disappointing when you get your car back from a professional and think I could have done this better myself.
Even for a basic vacuum this is unacceptable. They assured me that at least the dash and front area would be clean and free of pet hair, just not the back(understandable). This is what I got back. Did not vacuum the front at all and the same smudges are there. I just paid for a glorified drive thru car wash.
