Very popular spot and you definitely get your moneys worth 👍5 months agoIt was my inaugural visit to the place, and Keith displayed remarkable kindness and patience while guiding me through the process of washing and vacuuming my car. Moreover, when one of the vacuum cleaners lacked sufficient pressure, he promptly refunded my money, allowing me to switch to another one. All in all, it was an exceedingly enjoyable encounter.a year agoIt is a good place to go and wash your vehicle. I was there around 8:30 am, and to my surprise, lots of people actually come through here.The have an actual automated car wash, you drive the car through, then pull up to the vacuuming area.
I did not use the automated service. I used the washing Bay Area to do it myself. Pull up into the bay, put some dollar coins or 25 cents into the machine slot.
$2.25 for 4 minutes or $5.00 for like 15 minutes. I did the $5.00 and it was just enough time to rinse the vehicle, then spray it with soapy water, then pass the foaming soft brush over the vehicle, then rinse again, then a spot-free rinse, plus a wheel rinse. I worked fast, it was plenty of time.
Even if I had to pay another $2.25, it is still cheap.
Then I pulled into the vacuuming area just to dry the vehicle. I did not use the vacuum. But the bay equipment worked great. Spray gun worked as designed and so did the foaming brush. No complaints there.
There was lots of sand or mud as you drive out the Bay Area, but no big deal. I am definitely coming back.
My baby is clean now!
5 months agoNot very high pressure. The pay machine is old, hard to tell what’s happening.My car was still dirty afterwards. Mind you there was a lot of sap on my car, but I was still unimpressed.
I’m going to have to get another car wash.

The water is super hard and leaves white water spots. They don’t want to spend money on water softeners. They probably don’t care and the average person won’t care because they are not car enthusiasts. Extra star for being the only coin wash in the area.

a year agoAbsolutely the worst. It was my first time there and I wanted to get my truck cleaned. And detail in the inside. First off he lost my debt card!!!!!!! I never got back my debt card and he kept telling me that he gave it to me when clearly I don’t have it and now I have order a new one! Just shady! Not enough workers at all. He charges extra for a bigger vehicle and that’s insane and was not told to me before hand. 40 dollars extra it was ridiculous!!!!! Also they were trying to take off my antenna without my permission and it was so weird to me that was the first time anyone crash was has done that! The job detail inside was not great at all. I watched the whole time and he used the same towels for the OUTSIDE on the INSIDE! It looked shiny but I don’t even know what products they used but he got it all over my seats and it’s stained some kind of oil. The bottle was clear with no name!!!!! Just all around shady business and they were super rude and didn’t even care! My card literally just went missing???? He kept insisting he gave it to me and that’s a lie. He rushed me so much it was horrible. Just horrible. Do not go here at all. I would leave 0 stars if I could! Oh and the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip! I don’t have my debt card???? No way!!! Ridiculous! Horrible place. Don’t go.4 months agoThe sign said $7 car wash but it’s actually $11.99 even for the basic wash. Then they asked for $2 extra for SUV and another $5 for having bugs on the front of my car. Car wash itself uses very little water and soap, no rollers or brushes that cleans the top of the vehicle. I would not go back to this place.4 months agoBought the Exterior only ($13.44 taxes included) and was disappointed. No soap, brushes don’t touch the car…not even sure how the car gets washed. No vacuum available for self service; you have to pay additional fee for it and their condition is bad.The exterior wash is not worth the money.
Also they advertise $7 car wash but this price doesn’t exist.
5 months agoDo not recommend. I paid $107 for the Meguiar’s express wax + Ultimate wash. When my car was finished there was still sap on my car. When i told the manager, and he said that it would take at least 2 hours to remove, and it would cost $170. I have been to other car washes and they didn’t charge extra to remove the sap. Why would you wax a car with sap on it? Not happy at all. To top it off my windows still have water spots and my windshield is still dirty.a month agoNot recommend this carwash to anybody, same as other reviews. Do not waste your time and money on this carwash, and don’t buy any extra wash as a promotion because you will go back and ask for a refund

Always 1000% satisfied with the wash here.. and love the fact they put out towels for you to use … special ones for tires and another color for body! Great car wash! Highly recommend and the price is just right!!
It’s a really great car wash with great management. I forgot the name of the manager for some reason but he’s absolutely great. He sold me the monthly membership. He’s a very professional guy and super positive. I was very impressed!
I like to wash my own car because it’s therapeutic so if you’re the same then this place is for you! They have the microfiber towels, vacuums and on Sundays they have for free stuff for your tires to make them look new again!
Best car wash experience so far, I went there just after searching on google for car was places. The car wash experience was great, they have reasonable options to choose from and offer free vacuum and towels. Service is automated so no need to wait for representatives to your choice of wash. All major credit cards are accepted. This car wash is very close to Laguna DMV and they have ample space for large cars so you can use towels to dry the remaining portion of the cars. Vacuum cleaners are strong, I found them very useful for sand particles and dust removal. Nice place to get your car cleaned.
They have the same prices drive thru car wash as the gas stations with extra options and vacuums and air… and it feels like a little bit better of a job?
