I have two other vehicles so you will see me more7 months agoThis is the best carwash in town. The monthly membership is a good deal if you wash your car more than once a month. The staff here are amazing. I pay for the best carwash they have. This last trip, my truck was really dirty, and it didn’t get all the way clean on the first run-through. Before i went into the 2nd tunnel for wax, a staff member, Louis asked me if i wanted to go through again for a rewash because he saw my truck was still dirty. It was free, and they even sprayed out the bed of my truck. Louis, an amazing employee, cares about his work and has and has an awesome work ethic i noticed. Thank you, and i will continue to return with my business because of awesome employees like Louis. I came to get a quick car wash after driving a good bit. I pulled up to ask about the bugs on the front of the car. The guy upsold me to a higher package saying it should clean them off and if it doesn’t, I can run it through again and/or they will hand clean it. ($25) Running through twice did not work to clean any of it off. I spoke to a manager to see what they can do Their excuse: “this time of year we have a lot of bugs and they can’t do anything about it for you.” So this is a car wash that will upsell you and leave your car dirty. Not even a partial refund. This is just embarrassing. If anyone wants to reach out and give me a refund, I will take this review down.

a month agoThey actually careWe were in town to visit some relatives and had some time to kill. Our car was filthy and our family had a coupon for Lee’s Magic Tunnel Car Wash. we had also heard good things from some of our local friends.
At first, when we first arrived, the place looked a bit run down. I must admit our expectations were low. As soon as we arrived to the line we were instantly greeted by Ray who was very sweet and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the services provided and very engaged with the customers. So much so that I asked him if he was the owner. It is unusual these days to see employees that actually care about customer service. To our surprise, he replied that he was an employee but that he liked people and really cared about his job. The conversation with him was very refreshing and a great starter for a good customer experience.
At the time I was riding with my 8 y/o and, of course, she wanted to stay in the car to see what was so “magical” about the tunnel. This is normally not permitted but Ray understood the ask and made it happen. Everyone was very understanding and helpful with the situation. When we finally went through the tunnel, there is nothing really magical about it, but my daughter still had a blast. We came out of the tunnel and stepped out for the final touches. The guy working on the car spent at least 20 minutes going over every spot. The car sleeps outside and it had some really bad stains that he worked on specifically and kept going back inside to get different products to get them out. After that the car was ready and absolutely spotless.
Overall, It was a great experience and we feel like everyone gave their best. Kudos to Ray for being so kind and caring about the customers. We would definitely go back when we’re in town again.
3 months agoGreat, quality productivity by the staff as well as friendly service.. This fast paced business is proof that you can work hard and enjoy your time at work nonstop. Oh and did I mention that they make any vehicle look and smell brand new from interior to exterior of every vehicle that comes through the wash!!3 months agoPissed I took my 3 week old car here for its first washed and not only was the job terribly done. I have a scratch and no one knows how it got there.2 months agoFirst of all, I don’t usually post reviews…but as someone who considers paying someone to clean their car a treat and values the money I spend I felt I should share with others so they don’t waste their money. Outside was clean for the most part. The back had a few runs down it and there was dirt all around my car emblems but that is always an issue with car washes for whatever reason. But the inside was not at all what I expected for $39 + a $10 tip I gave them before seeing it because of how the place is laid out. But that’s on me.I got the managers special and I specifically asked for the one with the most vacuuming…only the driver’s seat was vacuumed. I had to dust out the remaining seats. Everything they wiped down inside was streaked terribly and sorta sticky feeling. For the price, I expected a much cleaner inside and did not expect I’d have to go home vacuum it myself and rewipe everything down again to remove streaks. Definitely not worth the money when you have $10 drive-thru that will clean the outside similarly and knowing you still have to clean the inside yourself. I could have asked them to redo it I’m sure, but at that point the quality and integrity of their work was clear and I didn’t want them touching my vehicle any more.
2 months agoI just went to get me car detailed about an hour ago. Waited for an hour for them to finish detailing my car. I was sitting in the waiting room and one of the workers comes in with my hat on. I wasn’t sure if it was mine so I went home to make sure it wasn’t there and turns out they stole my hat. They chose to steal my 25 dollar hat over the money and 200 dollar sunglasses in my glove compartment. I will not be going back to this car wash.
