a month agoI know it’s hard finding people to wash vehicles. But all of your employees are on their phones. I really wonder how much money your wasting paying people to look at their phones? As a business owner that would literally piss me off haha. Honestly feel bad for the manager! I know it hard finding good help. Took my brand-new Subaru through there for a car wash and ended up with extensive scratches across the whole top right side of my hood. I mean we are talking about the full length of the hood, from bumper to windshield. I’m heartbroken. Also, the wash job was not good at all either. They don’t get the car very clean, then seal the dirt in with the ceramic coating. Do not go there! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible.4 months agoABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Get the car real dirty on the mountain pass, then clean the poor little thing up once on the western slope! I was concerned that the wheels and tires would not get clean from the de~icer, so I ordered the 14$ wash with hesitation. The employees told me that if the car wasn’t clean to my satisfaction to come back around, and they’d run me back through. I went through once- and that was plenty! These photos are 2 days later, and 200 miles later. The car wash did an awesome job! I first had them detail my F150 prior to selling it, which they did an amazing job on. What was really great was that I had a dog that went with me everywhere in the truck, which you would have never known after they got through with it. I then had them tint my new F250. They were very knowledgeable about the law and helped to guide me to the solution that best met my needs. They were very professional and respectful. There were still some leaves stuck under hood by windshield wipers (even got the engine bay cleaned, so you would think they’d see it), green grass/mold stain missed on only one side of the rear by back window, still dirty at trunk area and a lot of streaks on windows. Also missed some dirt/stain on leather. Brought to their attention and wanted me to bring it back after they’ve already been with my car for 6.5 hours. I don’t have that much time to bring it back again!a week agoWon a giveaway for full detail. Super exciting so we got my husband’s truck cleaned. It looks like it is brand new off the lot no joke. Outstanding service, clean car! Consistent, new addition of Meguiar’s wax as a wonderful addition to the express wash, inside and out. I love this place and keep coupons in the car to swing by. My favorite for years. Because I see the same dedicated staff over the years and find they earn my tips.
I’m not prissy about a gleaming car, but the two winters’ worth of moldy stuff HAD to come out of the cracks.
I am THRILLED with the excellent job these guys did for $99. They even did the interior after I’d told them not to worry about it, and it looks AMAZING – like driving a new car.
On top of that, the staff were so kind – smiley and helpful!
Excellent experience – will absolutely be back and recommend this business to others.
I drive a Jeep that I basically live in all summer. After a particularly long road trip where I found a kitten, I decided to have a professional clean the car out. I should have been doing this at the end of every season. What would have taken me 4+ hours and at least $30 worth of cleaning supplies took them about 1.5 and it looks SO MUCH BETTER. I had scratches from tree branches along the sides when I go off-roading and they polished them out. I opted for a full interior w/seat shampoo and exterior wash & wax w tire shine. $115 is well worth what was done and I will never tackle it myself again. Thanks SO MUCH!
Went to Washman to get a detail through their Express Detailing service. I have a small Toyota that was a little dirty but not too bad.
I asked to get the car detailed and a hand wax. They said they wouldn’t do the hand wax because there is pollen on my car and they don’t want to wax over it. I explained that I would like to get the car washed and detailed and isn’t actually washing and cleaning the exterior of the car (removing dirt and pollen) a normal part of the detailing process?
They told me nope. They don’t do that here.
So, if you want to actually have your car cleaned and detailed, then you might want to look someplace else.
There is no way to vacuum your car here now without purchasing a car wash. I drive for uber and lift and got my car washed yesterday and returned to use the vacuum. They said I had to purchase an additional carwash at $10 to use the vacuum. I suggest using a different place
