2 months agoHorrible! I went in today at noon… Went in for a “full” service. I was told they vacuum and wipe down the inside including a car wash. My car still looked the same when i got it back. Nothing was vacuumed. I had to finish wiping my car down when I got home because it was still dirty. They finished my car in less than 15mins. I DID ask why they didn’t finish vacuuming and let them know it was still dirty. They sent me away anyways with “we’re done with it.” Horrible staffing. Tires aren’t “shined” like I was told they did… The car wasn’t even washed well. At least do good….8 months agoThe other cars in front of me were still being worked on when the guy came and told me my car was ready. The windshield wasn’t cleaned, windows not cleaned, nothing was wiped down in my car it was the worst manager special I have ever experienced. I basically paid for nothing, I now have to go home and still clean it myself. I personally feel ripped off. And I never am one to leave reviews but it was so bad I felt I had to.8 months agoUnfortunately this is the worst full service car wash I have ever received. This is my third managers special adding the floor mats and the tire shine. I thought I might have caught them on a bad day the first time. I chose a different location for the second wash. Still not great but slightly better than the first wash. I went to the Shawano location today – the worst yet.My windshield was not cleaned. It still had the wiper outline. They didn’t touch the running boards. The back of my car was cleaned with a dirty towel – dirt everywhere on the lift gate. The tire shine is nothing. It looks as though they didn’t touch them. They didn’t vacuum the cargo area in the back which is literally a 2 min job at most.
I paid $48 for this wash. Any drive through gas station car wash would be equal or possibly better than PDQ. Unreal. I would not recommend.
2 weeks agoThis right here was the main reason I went to PDQ. So disappointed with it other times. But this time I upped the package thinking it would be better. Not kidding when I say I then go home and finish the cleaning job. 50$ down the drain. Smh.3 months agoEverything was great, they were very meticulous and did an excellent job with my car. The employees were very polite as well.

3 months agoOne star is even too much!!! Pay for the extreme shine and hand them a $15 tip!!! I get dog hair can’t be removed but dust, sand and whipping down the interior is what I paid for! Highly disappointed!!! Now I have to go home and clean the car before I leave for girls trip because I’m embarrassed for them!a year ago$43 Extreme Shine and floor mats wash package. This was my first and only time i will use PDQ. What a waste of money. My car was in desperate need of a cleaning and purchased the the special that included everything. As we watched the 3 or 4 people clean my car, it seemed they were more interested in playing, spraying each other and laughing. Before we pulled out we had to ask them to clean spots off the inside of the windshield and some of the dash. We didn’t realize what a truly lousy job they did until we were out in the sunlight. Inside the window was streaked, only part of the dash wiped, the pictures show only a part of what we found. I would prefer a refund because I surely will not use them again.
Great place to spend $50 on a pre-clean before cleaning your own car.
Or, you can do it as much as you want for a monthly fee.
They are the only full-service place in town, so I guess that’s what you get.
I got my vehicle cleaned today and they never vacuumed my trunk which was popped open when I went inside. They didn’t wiped down the inside in the back. I have always gotten my car washed here and this was the first time this happened. I did call and they offered a solution.
I have been so disappointed with the Oneida Street (Ashwaubenon, WI) location in the past that I wrote your entire company off, but I ended up needing a quick and complete cleaning last month, so I decided to give you one more chance. I purchased some sort of deal where I received $15 off of a 2-wash package. I was extremely unhappy with the condition of my car when I left, and when I immediately drove back around and talked to the manager, she said corporate would not allow her to refund me, but she could wash it herself since her team did a horrible job. I told her I thought it was ridiculous that a manager would even have to think of such a thing, and I wanted a refund. She said it was absolutely impossible and my only choice was to accept a free wash voucher. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a free “wash” when no washing is actually happening? I told her I had no interest in returning and she said I may want to try the Shawano Ave, Green Bay location because I might walk away happier. WHAT?! So… your location is such a failure that you have to have management wash away the team’s mistakes and ultimately send customers to another location? Here are the “after” pics.
I took my car in today for full service so I wouldn’t have to clean the interior myself. I knew I was in trouble when I saw the perfunctory job the interior cleaners were doing on cars in front of me on line. I had to vacuum, clean the dash, etc. when I got home so all I got for the extra full service money was clean interior windows. The exterior wash was fine, the crew drying at the end was good. The interior crew at the beginning was terrible! They even acted disinterested. I believe this is a management problem to have one crew so good vs. one crew so bad. I won’t be back.
