3 months agoCaused SEVERE damage to my vehicle and avoided any contact for weeks. My bumper was completely ripped off of my vehicle and when attempting to contact the GM, Robert Hernandez, his voicemail was full and he didn’t answer after calling ~10 times over the course of a few weeks. I was told by an employee that they had regular issues with damage to vehicles times.When I finally received a response from Robert I was told they refused to help in any way and wouldn’t even refund the car wash that ripped my bumper off my car, caused paint damage, and misalignment, then Robert hung up on me.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this entire situation was handled so disastrously that I really felt I had to.

This aspect of customer service can greatly enhance the overall experience, and I was pleased to find it consistent during my visits.

However, it is important to address the matter of malfunctioning vacuum cleaners, which regrettably detracted from an otherwise great experience. a week agoThe place is located conveniently on round grove road and easy to access. Got the regular wash and it was good. They have the wet microfiber cloths, free vacuums and some thing to blow off the dust from tight spaces.2 months agoMy car was sadly plastered with bugs. I asked if I could just run through a second time because the first wash didn’t get them all off. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless. Get a membership, it’s worth ita month agoThe man who sprays the car down at the entrance was very rude. He yelled at us to go when we were waiting for the other car to get into the machine. Then we got stuck on the conveyor for about 3 minutes. I would never come here for that service it’s over priced anyways.

3 months agoExtremely disappointed with the Mini Detail car wash we availed today. They made us wait for around 2 hrs and after that the car interior was still dirty in many places. Even the exterior had bird poop marks on the windshield and body. Totally not worth $753 months agoThis is literally the best car wash I ever been too. I come here at least every 2-3 weeks, they are always so polite, they help me when I don’t know how to clean my car, they recommend good quality products, and way much more. This is a basic drive through automated car wash that gets the job done. I rarely get anything besides the basic, because I genuinely don’t feel like any of the other ‘upgrades’ make enough of a difference for a drive through.
They have free vacuums, air, spray bottles w/cleaner and microfiber towels for customers to use in the vacuum area. They have one clip pad to hang one floor mat at time to vacuum which is nice so you don’t have to bend down/over for four mats.
There were plenty of spray bottles and micro fiber towels to use the day I was there. I spent almost an hour vacuuming/cleaning the inside as well as wiping down the areas missed by the brushes on the outside. The area was clean and also had trash cans near the vacuums.
This car wash has a great monthly special going right now, so I am trying it out. SpencerS, who told me about the special, was also very attentive to make sure I was happy with my car wash, as well as the included vacuums they provide. He even went out of his way to clear blockage from one vacuum hose to make it work efficiently. Very polite and courteous young man.
This service was excellent. A good wash on the car, useful self cleaning tools, and a great service. One of the attendants, Alex, was especially helpful. His assistance on a problem we had was quick, efficient, and effective. I would definitely recommend this establishment for your car washing needs. Easily 5 stars!
Came here expecting a different car wash company but they took car of me anyways! Props to the guy standing outside all day in this Texas heat! And also being so kind definitely goes a long way. Definitely will be coming back just for the service and great wash!
