3 months agoI’ve taken two different cars here because of scratches, and both times they’ve been able to fix them up great. Staff is really nice and service is quick (considering they are always busy), however, my only complaints are they do try to up charge you, so just be aware when you talk prices, and waiting room could use some maintenance. I see they have become popular in the Doral area over the years, so I hope one day they are able to build their own shop there. 11 months agoI wish I could give 0 stars. They told me that the wash is going to take 2.5 hours. When I came back 3 hours later the car cleaner guy told me that they need 30 minutes so i came back in 30 minutes and it’s still not finished… “Dolphin’s worst car wash” dont come here ps: they don’t speak English6 months agoSTAY AWAY!!! WORST CAR WASH WE HAD EVER USED. HORRIBLE WORK AND RUDE MANAGER!!! We paid $70 would’ve been better off washing the car ourselves at home , they left streaks all over the car and didn’t wipe off all the wax and stained the windshield, we complained about it and we were told the car was just old, and he kept denying it was a very bad job and treated us like we were ignorant and crazy , we should’ve read the reviews before going there, now we know we’re not the only ones, my husband ended up waxing the car once we left and got everything off except whatever they put on the windshield, it was permanently stained, mind you, my husband does detailing as a side job, but we were going to shop at the mall and it was convenient, well now we have learned our lesson. Just make sure you read the reviews, we’re hoping that by sharing our TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE we can help others STAY AWAY !!! I would have gotten a better car wash at an automatic carwash. NOT RECOMMEND IT4 years agoI paid 20 bucks for the regular car wash they do outside and then they vacuum and wipe inside. I got home after the wash and I inspected closely, they didn’t even clean under the seats, the cup holders where still dirty and this was just horrible service, I sometimes eat a fry or Teo in the car let me tell you a fry was down there also. Love how horrible they cleaned my car never going back here I posted proof of how bad they cleaned my car thanks for wasting my money.a year agoPrices are pretty typical for a hand car wash. Ours was $25. They did a pretty good job cleaning the inside and outside. Could’ve been a bit more detailed on the glass but in all honestly, for the amount of staff they had (very understaffed), and the time they took to complete it, they did a great job under the circumstances.

Worst car wash ever. Becareful my car got hit in there by another car while in the wash and ppl can’t take accountability of their actions. Made a crack in on the bumper and the bottom part broke as well. Don’t come here. And yes those photos were taken after the wash clearly not clean either .

I’ve been a regular at this car wash between 2014 and 2018, usually paying $27 for full service. After coming back to Miami recently, I was surprised to see the price jump to $49.99 for a single service or $199 monthly for unlimited visits. I get that prices can go up over time, but this seems a bit steep. I’ll be exploring other cost-effective car wash options. It’s unfortunate, especially considering the old tipping expectations with these new rates. It’s just not as budget-friendly as before. They just loosing me. I used to go every week
This signed use to be true. Since they hired a new staff be ready to wait 30-45 minutes. They like to take coffee, phone , and smoke breaks. I won’t be coming back or referring this place anymore.
Always a great experience, love how clean my car is after a wash there. They also have vacuums you’re able to use if you’re the mood to clean the inside yourself 🙂
