3 months agoI was offered to upgrade my membership to Ceramic Duck. I tried it just once and the next day I found very noticeable hard water spots from sprinklers on my car. Before I tried that ceramic coating I also had hard water spots but they weren’t so bad and it was easy to remove them. Maybe it’s some kind of chemical reaction with ceramic. Anyways, I’m changing my package now back to Good and thinking about membership cancellationUpdate. It’s much better without ceramic. No one from the store has contacted me. They answered my email and I was told that the store team leader should contact me shortly. Still nothing.
3 weeks agoSeriously no better place to wash your car. The Team is amazing! You want to see young adults working hard with a great attitude QQ, on FM 1488 is your place. Gunner has an amazing team old member and new. They don’t miss a beat and never disappoint! Amazing find! You will not be disappointed. Get a membership, so worth it. Especially, if this location is on your way home and/or to work. Easy in and out always!2 months agoGreat place, with one exception! Staff is very friendly and we are monthly members with two cars. But PLEASE tell your employees to help customers in order that they arrived! Today, we were #4 in the fast pass member lane and no cars were in the other lane. Two more cars then pulled up in the left regular lane only to have the staff come out and attend to them first even though they should have been attended to last.2 months agoHubby took my car to this location. See ya soon! 😘2 months agoPay Your Money And Take Your Chances. Turned into a horrible rip off and scam. They scratched my son’s car. However they want to deny it, repeating scratches horizontally across the roof and trunk of the car weren’t there before he went in. They were there after. Tried to resolve the issue before my son went back to college but they stuck with “We will respond in three business days.” Tried to talk to the local manager and he hid in the bathroom for 30 minutes until we left. Tried again, and he left for the day. Tried to call customer service – no help. Finally, they posted the note below on Google ( Lord knows they would not call or speak in person) and denied any wrong doing saying “In the rare case of damage, it would appear as short repeating linear marks along the full length of the vehicle along the path of the wrap.” This is despite the fact you can stand at then end of the wash and see the last set of wraps going horizontally back and forth across the car. It’s a scam. I tried to work it out. They want no part of legitimate claims. Customer service obviously only means the kid in the front giving you wipes. What other words are there besides “Pay your money and take your chances?” I have cancelled my membership and encourage anyone else to use another wash.

Sparkling clean car and experience!!a month agoWhile they do a very good job, don’t let them rope you into the monthly membership to “save money on this wash”. I only stopped by because I was visiting from out of town. The guy talked me into getting a one month membership to save $15. I wasn’t expecting this to be re-ocurring. CancelingEdited-9-16-23 Customer service was very responsive, and cancelled my membership and refunded the amount charged. Thank you for the response, it makes me more willing to come back when in town and need a car wash, but will not get the membership again
2 months agoIt’s just a drive-through car wash so I didn’t expect much. It doesn’t adequate job for what it is. But there was dirt still left on a lot of places, including the windshield. There was a guy at the end that was wiping things but he didn’t wipe away any of the dirt on the windshield. I still tipped him, because it was over 100° outside that day. It’s okay for a quick wash. They do have interior cleaning available but we didn’t have time for it so I can’t really judge that. Everybody was really nice there, even though I was really hot out and they were working in the hot sun.9 months agoI didn’t get names but the two gentlemen in the front were great. I understand the wash is free, but I did pay the fee to get it cleaned up a little better. Unfortunately my car looked dirtier when I left.a week agoHonestly, I would’ve rather set my $70 on fire than to spend it here. the hand wash on my raptor was far from my expectations. The automated wash probably does a better job. All it did was give me anxiety now I have to go home and wash it myself.

I went through the automated wash a couple of days ago, and it must have not been working very well that day, because my car still seemed dirty, and whatever coating or soap was used clung to the car and all of the windows have residue and cloudy. For the price I probably won’t go there again.
The new owners have improved this place immensely in so many ways! The staff has a large part to do with why I stopped coming here before the change, now I see a lot of smiles on the staff faces, and they’re friendly and seem to not hate being there which is huge. James Minard has been kind enough to help me several times to the point we remember each other which makes the experience that much better. Keep staff like him, he is so kind and you can tell he’s committed to the job. Thanks guys for always taking care of me! 🤗
I love my Quick Quacks! Since I’m always on the road doing ride share I always find a location to do a quick vacuum or wash if needed. This location was well stocked with towels, the best vacuums yet! And then there’s Shay!!!! Shay greeted me with a big smile and helped me out tremendously! Thank you Shay because doing ride share can be a SMELLY and DIRTY job! And thank you Quick Quack for always being in convenient areas!
I was washing my car clean and forgot to turn off my headlights. My car ended up dying however, one of the employees name Julian was very helpful in assisting me by providing me with a jumper box to get my car started. This location is amazing and I love their willingness to help out customers!!
Julian was so nice. We haven’t got a car wash in forever and he made our experience great. The wipe for our dash was much appreciated. Happy to have a clean car!
