4 months agoI had a car wash done. I wanted my interior done, but they didn’t have any employees to do that. This has been a familiar experience at that location on Bush river. Also, one of my running boards were washed off before I went through the wash and the other one wasn’t and I still had a bunch of sand on the other running board after the wash, the employee’s are not friendly either.2 months agoFrank’s car wash on Bush River Rd. Is terrific. Although I hate that they no longer do full service, the drive through service is quick, efficient and easy to use. The young man who helps you get your car in the tracks is so polite, courteous and helpful. He is patient and good natured when I have trouble getting into the tracks and he volunteers to help me get my mirrors in alignment. I’m going to continue this service. The car looks good.4 months agoThe guys here did a great job like they always do very happy with vans car wash. Every time we bring our vehicles here they always look spotless. I’ve never had my car still dirty after you came out and tipping the guys like some money to make sure they do a nice job on the vehicle is well worth it, and they happen to be very appreciative especially the guys over here at the Bush River Road store2 months agoShort staff. They have been double charging my membership. The local managers are not able to solve what should be a simple computer error. The vacuum cleaners do not work a lot of times. The wash tunnel does not dry the car very well and I have to finish the job myself.

a month agoThis is my favorite car wash! I have a pass so I go just about every day because I love the way it leaves my car so clean. The equipment is car friendly, I don’t have to worry about the brushes being all abrasive. They’re convenient and I love the customer service. No matter what side of town I’m on, I can always find a Hurricane, rain or shine. With the membership you scan and go! I can’t wait for them to open up the one in Gaston.6 months agoAntonio is a great employee! I asked for the tire shine and car freshener spray but was told that they didn’t have any of the car freshener spray like the other location had — which was no big deal, just asked! By the time I was done, Antonio told me that he had already called and ordered them so they would have them in stock next time I came through! This is why I have the CAT 5 membership because the staff (Garners Ferry and Two Notch) are so great!a week agoNot sure what their “normal” service is like but we stopped for the “free car wash no strings attached” and it was the BEST car wash we’ve had. And it was actually no strings attached. They just signed us in and bam. No sales pitch or anything. It was amazing. If we lived in the area, they’d have our business for sure!in the last weekThis is honestly the best wash you can get for how much you pay, between the amenities like the two styles of vacuuming for your interior and cleaning solutions they offer free of charge!
