2 weeks agoThis place keeps going down hill!! It use to be good and has progressively gotten worse. This employees don’t take the time to wash the front or rear of vehicle anymore and the the wash it self does not clean very well! Extremely disappointing better get yall stuff together or I will be going to the one right up the street! Management better start managing!4 months agoWorst car wash I have ever received, here is a picture of the front of my car after the pro 5 plus wash, the most expensive option. The rest of the car wasn’t much better either. This package also included tire shine which I did not receive.2 months agoI’ve been a customer here for almost three years. I had a chip in my windshield. I noticed every time I’d come to this car wash, it would make the crack run bigger. The chip was not their fault, so I didn’t bring it up. However, a few weeks later, the car wash completely cracked my front bug shield in half annd left it hanging off my car. They took no responsibility for it and after contacting management (with very poor response time), they would not refund the remaining months of my annual pass. The lack of care for their customers, especially long term customers is very disappointing. I can no longer use the remaining 9 months of my pass as the car wash continues to damage my car and I still have to pay for it. Do not go here.4 months agoI go to this car wash often, and they have great service, prices, and quality to begin with. On my most recent visit, while we were vacuuming we had sucked up a key into the vacuum system. The management, specifically Mark, handled the situation incredibly well and truly went above and beyond. Mark went through the entire vacuum system himself, including going through all of the things that every vacuum had sucked up. He thoroughly searched through and did everything he possibly could to help.2 months agoI bought an annual pass in June 2023. A few weeks later, the car wash SNAPPED my hood deflector. The repair cost was roughly $400. Customer service said they would not pay for the repair nor would they reimburse me for the annual pass. So now I’m stuck paying for a pass to a car wash that broke my car. So disappointing. And what an absolute failure from their customer service team.

2 weeks agoOur new 2023 car was put on an automated car wash conveyer and the car stopped halfway through. There were no employees monitoring the conveyor, so the truck behind us ran into our car. The truck behind us tried to put in reverse and slid the back of truck sideways while the conveyor belt was still running. A third truck ran into the second truck. The conveyer was finally turned off and then turned back on by Meadows Car Wash employees, causing our car to get hit a second time by the truck. The Meadows employees directly caused the second accident by turning the belt back on without clearing the area. The first accident was due to no safety protocols to stop automated conveyor when issues arise on the automated track.Our car has $1650 in damage to the bumper.
The owner refused to engage with us. We had a few very polite phone calls with employees. We worked with his team to do whatever they asked, including getting a quote, bringing the damaged car in to see/touch the damage, etc.
We asked the owner for $1650 payment + $35 for the police video we had to purchase that shows the issue in action. I told him we will go our separate ways once he pays for the damage. I do not write reviews, so prefer to take the high road. We finally received a response from the owner threatening us with trespassing if we step on his property and never to call him again.
If you read online reviews of Meadows Car Wash Facebook page, you will see a common theme. The owner is a belligerent bully. You will also see some of his attack dogs on social media who personally attack people who bring up issues. The responses are pure hatred and focus on personal looks. The apple clearly didn’t fall far from the tree.
2 months agoPoor washing performance. Tons of bugs still stuck to my front bumper, minimal washing of wheels (break dust all over). For the price they charge, you may need to use it twice to get a decent wash job. I would not recommend.3 months agoThe absolute best car wash in the area. The staff is always willing to help and it’s great they offer free vacuums on site. Make sure you come support local business. Thanks guys.4 months agoAbsolutely love this car wash and its staff! Always so helpful at the window and my car always comes out so clean and shiny. And, since they are locally owned, give back into the community that they love so much. Keep up the great work!5 months agoThe customer service at this car wash always exceeds expectations! We spoke with Joe at the car wash about our membership and he was so kind and professional and put us as the customer first. We highly recommend Meadows Car Wash express as you will always have the best experience.

I used MotoSpa in Castle Rock,Co for detail service to my vehicle. Upon completion of the detail, none of the individual’s working on my vehicle informed my that a dinner plate size crack had happened to my vehicle. I noticed it after the keys had been handed to me stating my vehicle was completed. I asked for the manager and conversations started for their obligation to replace my windshield. Back and forth conversations of delays ensued, from not wanting to file a claim on their insurance, not wanting to replace the windshield with OEM equipment to even wanting to just pay straight cash for me to get the replacement done myself. Due to the unsafe driving condition of my windshield and multiple delays I decided to go through my military insurance and get the replacement done myself and let the military insurance work it out with them for responsibility. Unfortunately, this is not a reputable business that owned up to their acknowledged damage. Patrons beware. I would have used a No star rating had that been an option.
They cleaned the car, but knocked the rear view mirror off the windshield. I had to wait around for 40 minute extra while they tried to fix it. No one apologized or offered a refund on the wash.
I did the full day detail service and couldn’t be happier. I didn’t even realize they clean the glove box and trunk areas under the mats so I missed clearing it out. They put it all nicely into a bag for me. I didn’t even remember the full color of my leather until setting it. I literally opened the door and said wow! It is a lot of money but it was well worth it. Already scheduled our other car too get done as well as we’re so pleased.
Great car wash! We ve been using their unlimited service for about a year now and it has been fantastic.
I paid $50.00 for the “Inside Out Premium Package” And wish I would have looked closer at my car before driving home. There were streaks everywhere (like a smeared dirty cloth) and the places that weren’t smeared were full of micro-fiber lint. It was COVERING the inside and outside of all my windows. They did a really half way vacuuming job, (didn’t move seats at all) and I’m not sure if they even touched my center console. It was filthy, along with my doors. They carelessly sprayed protectant on the tires, and left spray marks all over. I should have taken more pictures, but was ticked off, and decided to re-do it all myself. I did call the manager and he offered to have them re-do the car, but I was scared of making it worse. Sadly, I won’t be back. What a WASTE of $50.00
