5 months agoNot happy at all. Went with the expensive wash and whole nine yards…well the end result was below average at best, truck looks like *rap with all of the water marks. Besides getting the basic dirt off, not much else positive to say. The bug buster was a joke, no difference. Wheels looked terrible, took forever to get the residue off. First and Last time I will use this car wash….too bad, I’m new to the area and was hoping to get lucky with my first wash.**** Updated Review The team at 3 minute reached out and provided me with an opportunity to give their car wash another try. 100% improvement over my first visit, very happy with the results. Thank you Kyle for responding in a positive manner. Now I can say I have a go to car wash!

3 weeks agoI paid for the best wash, and they did not open the car doors to clean any of the door jambs. When I asked them to do it, they only touched one spot and then left to go to another car. So I asked them to give me a cloth so I could clean which I did. Then I went to the manager, and complained and all he wanted to do was give me a free car wash. I told him I did not want a free wash, I just wanted them to do the job I paid for on my car. He said he would give me a free car wash. Since that was NOT what I wanted, I left when he went to get the free wash for me. I WANT SERVICE, NOT A FREE CAR WASH!4 weeks agoI’ve never experienced amazing customer service at a car wash like I did today, these two young men (Alan and Hayden)were exceptionally respectful, polite and provided over the top customer service.This review only allowed me to highlight 5 stars, however, I would like to give 5 bright shining stars to each of these two young men, and I encourage everyone who gets their vehicle washed at this Goodyear location, to leave a review.

2 weeks agoWent to clean my car after the sun went down since I had my 4yr old daughter with me and it got dark quick. I was a little paranoid with the cars coming and going and one of the workers (Allan) noticed. He came by asked if I needed anything and it just made me feel so much better that he stayed close. I went back to get his name because I just wanted to clean my car as quickly as possible that day with it being dark that day. Really thankfula month agoCar wash is ok. Not that spectacular. Leaves streaks. And now… it tricks you into paying for a membership. Watch out people don’t be in a rush because the next thing you know you will be a new proud owner of a monthly membership that you will have to try to deal with online and hope that it cancels. 2 stars for the free vacuum.

3 weeks agoThis car wash is the jam. They have an awesome fish tank. They do a great job in less than 45 minutes. Shine your wheels, condition. Your seats , tire shine , vacuuming the whole five-star experience. Definitely recommend it.2 weeks agoTitle: Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Superstar Car Wash on 99th and McDowell and was left thoroughly disappointed. While the quality of their car wash service was good, my overall experience was marred by a significant issue.
After the wash, I noticed that my dash trim was broken, something that was not the case when I arrived. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Jimmy, he was dismissive and claimed their workers were not responsible. However, I’ve been the sole owner of my car since 2015 and had no reason to damage my own dash.
What bothered me the most was the lack of accountability and customer service. I paid about $180 for their services, and now I’m left with a broken dash that I have to fix on my own. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied with Superstar Car Wash.
I expected better customer service and responsibility from a business of their reputation. I hope others will take this into consideration when choosing a car wash service.

4 months agoToday I went to get my car done, sales guy tried to push a $150 special on me. I got the ultra star wash at $39. Going thru the wash, there was just a trickle of soap, super fast. Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to wipe the car off. They put my floor mats on my seats and vacuumed the floor mats, nothing else. Put some type of polish on the interior (forgot big spots) and called it a day. It took them less than 10 minutes. I had dirt and dust from the floor mats on my seat. Went to the manager to complain and he told me that they just do a quick wipe down but won’t vacuum seats. If I want clean windows and a vacuum I should pay for a detail. Will never go back there.3 weeks agoI just got my car washed here, and Eduardo at the cashiers desk was amazingly helpful and kind. He made me feel like a person and not just a customer. A fellow human being. Immediately upon entry to pay I was greeted by him in sincerity, and the entire interaction was great. I haven’t been here in 3 months but today was a reason to continue coming back. Thanks Eduardo. Keep being you and keep pouring out the love of Christ to everyone.

Had my truck detailed here. Staff very pleasant to work with and my truck turned wonderful. I got a detail with hand wax, all truck mats cleaned. Made my 2012 look like a 2023 again! Highly recommend Super Star for vehicle needs. They also a great deal ($28) lube service, and you get an upgrade wash for free.
I specifically went to Super Star today for a detail. They sold me on the Diamond Plate and boy, did they deliver. Alex, who I later found out is the manager, and his team clay barred, buffed, polished and ceramic coated my 2022 Chrysler 300 S. I admit I was a bit hesitant because I just bought my car 6 months ago and didn’t trust it with just anyone, but Alex could tell how much I care about my car and it shows in his work. If you’re ever thinking about a detail and don’t know where to go, go see Alex at Super Star on Dysart and I-10.
Oil change and car wash completed on 9-9-23. Arrived back home and noted an oil leak indicating either the drain plug or oil filter were not tightened as they should. I then called to notify them of the issue and ask for a remedy, the phone just continued to ring with no answer. Now I have to go back tomorrow and have the issue addressed. Not only an inconvenience but just poor service. Shouldn’t they inspect for this before releasing the vehicle? My vehicle is 2 years old with regular oil changes (mostly at Cobblestone) and no past issues of a leak. Would you risk your vehicle with this negligence? Photo 1 and 2 are after noticing the leak after the service and the next morning after moving the vehicle.
I just love this place. I’ve had the monthly for about a year, always great service. I come here because I like customer service. Donovan works the drive, best customer service of any car wash I’ve ever been to. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. I do buy his recommendations from time to time and I’m glad I do, he’s right about them. Donovan goes that extra Mike to make you feel welcomed, go get a car wash and meet him. You’ll be glad you did!!
