6 months agoemployees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.
5 months agoA lot has changed in the last 6 months of this area. Left originally because of constant watermarks every time I went through this car wash. Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. Thank you for making me a returning customer again!2 months agoI needed to wash the car just before noon and to my surprise, it was “free car wash” day! I somehow timed it right so I only waited 15 mins in line but according to my wife, by evening, the line was SOOO LONG that the Redmond Brown Bear line was clogging up Redmond Way adding 15 mins to the poor commuters. Sorry commuters… Brown Bear personnel always project a happy, cheerful demeaner that you can’t help but come away with a smile. I think they are a great company from the customer perspective.2 months agoCompletely redesigned entry and pay kiosk experience! Should be more efficient when multiple cars are lined up. Unfortunately, there are no longer any gas pumps there.4 months agoGreat car wash spot in Redmond, they machines only accept card payments it’s about 3 dollars for a 4 minute wash and they have the foam brush.

2 months agoGreat self-service car wash! First tap of the credit card adds 4 minutes. Excellent pressure washer, foam, and brush. Was able to quickly clean the Tacoma in 10 minutes. Much easier than taking out the pressure washer and ladder at home.3 months agoIssaquah location, getting the “Berry Best” at a not so berry good price of $18. Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there’s really nothing cleaning the tires? They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car. But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30.Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.

I used the self-serve car wash back on Sunday, and it was fun to do and cheap to do. I’ll keep coming back here for my self serve car wash needs since this location has everything I need for a self serve car wash, I also sometimes use the tunnel car wash as if I’m in a hurry. I’ll keep coming back, that’s for sure.2 months agoWe visited the wash today and the staff was very friendly but we paid 15 dollars for the RAINBOW car wash and guess what, there was NO rainbow soap. My 8 year old daughter was VERYVERY disappointed and cried. My kid loves the car wash and found this trip very traumatising, 1- no rainbow soap, 2- she had to watch the violent act of the license plate in front of our car get grusmily BENT. She started to scream and cry. And when my kid cry’s it goes on for around 2 hours. SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE BROWN BEAR ISSAQUAH?! I am very disappointed and sadend that my hard worked 15 bucks that I put my blood sweat and tears into went to waste. It didn’t even get all the bird poop off of my car. This is my reasoning for these 2 stars.
