a month agoThey were awesome! Our car was super muddy from the dirt road and they still let us go through. The manager was very friendly and had them take extra care to wash all the mud off before the wash. Great customer service and my car looks great! They also have rags and cleaner along with the free vacuums.a month agoTidal wave on 96/ Kathleen is my favorite place to wash my car! The staff are always friendly and intentional about making sure that you are serviced well, having clean towels and great vacuums, and cleanliness, which is so important. The manager is always welcoming and being so efficient with serving his customers too! It’s so important to do the gratitude to our neighbors, and they are more than deserving! I go to all three, The customer service is better at one, the actual wash is better at another. one just kinda sucks all the way around. but I am writing this review because i did not like the way my car came out of the worst of the three so i drive over to the 96 wash the reader says i have had my wash for today! I explain that the wash was bad at the other place. he states I should have got a do over from them because he would have to comp my wash… OK if the wash was awful what was going thru again going to accomplish? The main reason for this review is the play on words UNLIMITED means as many as you want not one a day. I have better things to do than drive from one wash to another but if getting a rewash requires a five minute convo at a place that flashes UNLIMITED washes everywhere a second wash should not feel like a crime2 months agoI usually clean my car once or twice a week. Easy monthly plan allows for extra cleaning when I need it. Staff is always helpful and the facility is always clean. I don’t ever feel rushed to finish quickly bc there are plenty spots for everyone to use a vacuum. Multiple locations make it easy to get a quick wash in no matter what side of town I’m on.a month agoMr. Tony and his team are just wonderful! They are always willing to help their customers no matter what they may need, and have always treated us like family. We love coming to this car wash!

6 months agoMy favorite car wash in Warner Robins. Love having the all-you-can-wash monthly plan since I park outside at work. During pollen season, I’m here every other day. I have the most basic plan, and makes it, so I don’t worry about when I need to wash my car. The lines always go quickly, and the staff are friendly.Vacuums are great. They have the wide Vacuum attachment as well as a small crevice tool. Also like that they have two different types of cleaner.
Last note about this location – they have the carpet floor mat, cleaners to use for free!
A specific shout out to Richard – he always makes a point of making smiley faces in the soap on the window for my daughter, and she loves it! Thank you for making our trips to the car wash extra. Exciting!
a week agoPros: Nice staff, decent price for Unlimited Wash, Free Vacuum, cleaning towels and cleaning products.Cons: Bristle wash instead of soft wash, decent wash but missed spots on doors and back, could dry a little better.
a month agoI have an amazing experience each time I visit Tidal Waves on Lake Joy (WR)!! The attendees are always very nice. The one attendee that stands out during my visits is Logan. He has the best personality and is always helpful and polite!! This will always be my favorite car wash location!!!3 months agoThis used to be a good establishment when they first opened but now ownership will nickel and dime you for every item from air fresheners to tire shine that used to be complimentary. It wouldn’t be so bad if the machines worked properly which they don’t most of the time. I paid for the premium service for 3 months and the chamois roller would never touch my vehicle even though I paid for that extra service. The management would always say it’s a calibration issue but would never get it taken care of.3 months agoI’m a fanatic about detailing my car by hand every time and very often. I honestly never like to see dirt anywhere on my vehicle, inside or out–EVER! When I’m not detailing my own vehicle by DR. D1VA’S LUXURY AUTO DETAIL, and I’m in a hurry, this is the car wash that I prefer, and must say that I’ve definitely had experience with many car washes. For any person who is not into detailing or car washing, this is perfect for you! It’s a great option for obsessive auto detailers, like me, who are on the move, and some days, there’s just not enough time to detail by hand quickly. The staff is very nice and helpful, towels are always available and smell fresh, trash cans are near, carpet machine and vacuums work, plenty of window cleaning solution, and worth the stop each time it’s needed!! Highly Recommend 🧡👌

Best car wash experience I have had to date! I brought in a car that had been left idle outdoors for almost two years. They got it cleaned up inside and outside. They took the time and effort to do the job right. There is no better option in Warner Robins.
I came to the wash and was greeted by a nice attendant named jayden. He helped me get my membership activated for a graph x wash. He was very knowledgeable and patient answering my questions. Overall great experience, I highly recommend it
This establishment has not been near what it used to be in the past several months. Really lazy acting employees (most of the time). Most employees do a half butt job when brush washing the front of the vehicle, front and rear windshield and window, and rear of the vehicle. Like a one swipe brush job. This used to be a pretty well put together outfit smh. Maybe they’ll get better.. I’m close to canceling my membership, but hey, I’m just one customer.
