a month agoAfter much deliberation, we splurged and started using Uptown Car Wash, and we absolutely love it! Love the convenience of going as many times as needed, they always have products available for your tires, windows, etc., and towels, as well. We have been using it almost all year, and have zero interest in going back to the old way of doing things! The staff is always super nice, in addition, and are happy to answer questions. Brian and the team are doing a great job!a month ago10/10 amazing car wash. The staff is also super friendly and outgoing, they always make sure you have the best possible experience when visiting they even show you what chemicals do what for your car. He has always been super helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of. He has been there, maybe since they opened, and looks like he loves his job. Not only is it the most affordable I’ve found but their customer service is always super friendly, courteous and respectful especially the cashier who always puts a smile on my face every time I bring in my Audi for a custom hand-wash and detail which leaves my car looking clean and beautiful!4 months agoI’ve taken my car here a few times. I always get the handwash. I’ll say it’s the finishing touches that are severely lacking. It’s not worth the money. There was water spots and it wasn’t dryed properly from them skipping over my car. I respectfully pointed out the issues but the employees didn’t care. I definitely don’t recommend coming here. I’ll look for a better option.3 years agoAbsolutely regret bringing my car here. Basically just paid $65.00 for an air freshener to enjoy while I go home and re-wash my car. Not sure if its because I picked the wrong wash to get. Or if they had new guys try cleaning it or what. Once in the carwash he was reving the engine and speeding. I wouldn’t let these people wash my push lawnmower. Totally disrespectful to customers vehicles. The place has definitely gonw down with the new ownership. Zero star rating

Very pleased with the result from my car wash. The only downside is you have to bring your own towels. Usually having my car washed is a last minute decision while I’m already out and about without a towel to dry with.
I went to get my car cleaned I asked what would they recommend because I wanted my seats cleaned as well they told me the 69.99 will get me everything the car cleaned and the seats they even charged me 10 additional for the extra row! They took 2 hours to clean it and they left it the same! I went back and asked why my car looked like it wasn’t cleaned and the guy said that the 69.99 only cleans the actual seats not the whole car!
Went here for the first time Sunday 8/27 – paid for the Platinum wash. After getting home I noticed a pink purple stain on my white car. Tried washing it off more and buffing, it out it’s not coming off. I shouldn’t have to spend more time washing and cleaning my car when i get home after doing it at Fast5. Whatever cheap soap they use has now stained my car. Still hoping this will come off.
There should also be a wax coating in the platinum option, but to the touch it is very apparent there is no wax coating. The car should feel slick, it does not. I’ve used plenty of car washes to know when there is wax or not.
Will be going back to ask for a refund and a solution to the stain on my car. Waste of time and money.
Do not recommend.
Have tried this place twice and I’m not happy how my car turns out. The armor all doesn’t stay in the tire then it splatters all over the side of the car! There’s a few vacuum hoses that are broken.
For a $7 basic wash got the car clean. There were a few bug and tree sap spots that weren’t washed. Vacuums were awesome.
