9 months agoMy Husband And I LOVE Delta Sonic! We Drive 35mins Away.(From Fulton) Just To Get Our Truck Detailed and Fill Up On Our Gas! And We Do This 1-2x a Week… Great Carwash…My Truck ALWAYS Looks Wicked Nice After There Done With It. It Looks Like a Brand New Truck Again!☺👍a month agoim a member and love the carwash side but first time using interior detail. was quoted 45 minutes for basic detailing plus shampooed carpets and vinyl. it took two hours and i still had to point out something they missed on the carpet. i will still return for wash but maybe not detail, underwhelming result for over $100 spent and the amount of time they spent (especially on the carpet)a month agoThe male manager in the store is SO discriminatory against customers of color. Have been going to this location for years and never heard of a rule where the delta sonic card has to be physically present in order to receive the discounted gas prices.My husband and I usually have the cards on our phones and they’ve been getting scanned during transactions without issues at all the Delta Sonic locations. Just this week, they’ve scanned my phone and no one opposed.
When asked when such rule was implemented, the manager responded with “months ago”. What? The manager serviced our transactions just this week and we used our phones (which he had no problem with).
All in all, something’s really off with this manager. It’s giving discriminatory vibes and needs to be looked into. It’s bad business.
We frequent this location and will continue to do so because it’s closer to us.
EDIT: As expected, the owner is denying any instances of discrimination because he/she doesn’t want their establishment to look bad instead of taking responsibility for their employees.
3 weeks agoWent to dewitt delta yesterday 10/5, got my car total detail! My car looks like the day I got 3 yrs ago! I want to Thank SHAMIRE, He did a GREAT job on my Equinox!! I,ll Be Back, 👀 U All Again Sincerely, MOE Money ❤️a month agoCar wash is convenient, but the tire shine is unbelievably annoying and gets halfway up the actual rim and barely anything on the tire. I ask the employees to turn it off and it’s always a 50/50 shot wether they do or not. Was better in 2020 when the tire shine wasn’t a thing. Thinking about canceling just for that reason.

3 months agoI usually never go to Delta for a car wash, usually wash my car on my own. My dealership gave me a free coupon for a car wash. I hate karen’s, and sure don’t want to be one but.. I went today and wow how AWFUL. lol i’m so glad it was free. Never again. The back of my car still dirty, sides dirty, wheels dirty. I’m confused- i think you guys should better your car washes because i am lost.8 months agoI have been a brand loyal Delta Sonic customer at this particular location since its opening. I maintain my vehicle with the unlimited exterior wash and regularly fill up my tank with competitive gas pricing and my own with Tim Hortons coffee. This past summer my trailer tire experienced a blowout right around the corner. I limped it into this location and Kevin G., site supervisor, made sure that I was well taken care of. The young man that cleaned the interior and restored my carpets and seats did an excellent job. With pets and grandkids the back seat resembled farm equipment. It now looks amazing both inside and out. I will recommend to anyone that needs a professional interior cleaning to Delta Sonic. Thank you for making my car shine again.3 months agoI stopped in on Friday afternoon and was immediately greeted by Rebecca. As I was explain the detail that I was trying to get she was a huge help in telling what was included with the package I wanted. She had my SUV brought in immediately and had the crew start working on it while she cashed me out and explained where I could wait if I wanted to. Rebecca has great customer service skills and is very good with people. When my vehicle was completed a young gentleman that I believed his name was Shawn brought it out. Again, very nice to deal with. Overall, from the greeting with a smile from Rebecca and the have a nice day from Shawn and every thing in between was great. Thanks.4 months agoI was using the free vacuums (love them!) and locked my keys in my car. Chris, Tyler, and Tim came to my rescue and were able to unlock the car for me and save me a 2 hour wait in the dark and cold. They were efficient, friendly, and all around great employees!

Shout out to “carlee” (my apologies if I’m spelling his name wrong, I only glanced his name tag while inspecting my car) (he calls himself “island boy”) he does a FANTASTIC job! I have unlimited basic interior (recommend to anyone who likes their car kept clean) I come at least once if not twice a week for a cleaning. Sometimes I find grass still on the carpet, mud on the door jams and crumbs in the center console. (Yes I understand the cleaning is basic but I’m expecting a vac and wipe) They will usually ask if things look ok, and if it’s something small I’ll ask them to fix it there but every once in a while I feel that it really should go back around again and I just come back another day (hence the unlimited being a plus). Yesterday was a come back another day kind of job and I returned today and had him clean my car! I’m very happy with the job he did! I can tell he actually takes pride in his job and isn’t just going through the motions to say it was done. This particular employee is a keeper! I truly hope you find more employees like him!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Exceptional Customer Service that I experienced today. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed my car was still extremely dirty, seats were scuffed, and my raincoat, which was on the front passenger side seat had never even been moved, upon lifting it. There was potato chips and papers underneath my coat. It was never even picked up to be cleaned.
The representative that delivered my car to me was extremely embarrassed & asked me if I had a little bit more time so that he could go and have my car redone all over again, his name was Domo. I find very little customer service like this, especially with the younger generation. He should be applauded and commended for his thoroughness, attention to detail and above all, professionalism.
Domo, you may things right, you owned it even though you weren’t the one that did the entire job and as a result, I will be back to Delta Sonic Salina. ⭐️
Had express detail of my car in Brewerton, Syracuse location, brought car very dirty and gave back to me so shiny and clean …. Everybody’s nice, no matter how busy they are they still find time to tend to what you want. I give my thanx to the Team especially Bryce who did the last touch of making it like new again, like it just came out fr the car dealership again, giving credit to the car wash as well 🙇♀️🌈🌞🤗🙏

Detailed my car today and 1x a week. I only come if Kyle is detailing, cleanest car every time he does it. He’s kind and listens to what I want done and does it no hesitation. Great worker!
