3 weeks agoUnfortunately, my negative experience is not directly related to this location, but as this is my “Account Set-Up” location, this is where I will leave my review. Zips business office in Little Rock has horrible customer service. The people I have communicated with have zero initiative to solve problems. They are quick to transfer responsibility to another associate or place blame on the wash location. I have been a member of Zips for a number of years. But many of my frustrations have come when I try to change account information (vehicle or credit card info). The internet connection at the wash location is sub-par. It may take over a half hour to change minor details related to my account. And the business office cannot update some of that info. However, the wash location cannot offer promotions or refunds. They must come from the business office. Due to this very frustrating back and forth, I have decided to take my vehicles to a better car wash.3 weeks agoIt’s time to upgrade guys. I know you guys have been around for a while but at every location I visit there is always one or two functions not working. With all the new wash options coming to town with equipment that work I don’t know how much longer I will keep my membership with Zips.3 months agoWe stopped in To get our car washed and when we came out the other end, it has several scratches about the same high all Down the driver’s side. We brought it to the manager’s attention. They Did A incendent report And told us to file it with our insurance it wasn’t their problem. I will never use them again. When they did use it they only did one side of the car and never cleaned the back window under the lip well, just a quick splash. Also my membership went up $5 with nothing better. Sometimes I don’t feel like I get the car wash I pay for.3 weeks agoWorst car wash in Springdale. Poor management. I went through once and they were out of soap. They do t turn on lights at night to discourage customers. Poor bug removal. At times I have to run through twice.

in the last weekZips Care Wash used to be the place to go. They had good service, gave you a wipe for inside of your car and did a people used to give you a nice prewash before you went in. If you’re like me and always in the go… I’m able to wash my car maybe once a week. That prewash really helped get the hard bug guts off! Now they don’t do anything. They barely lead you in so that your wheels are lined up to go in. I’m so disappointed I’m going somewhere else. Get with your game Zips or others are going with me.2 months agoI was surprised when I pulled into the car wash, the guy did not go around with hose and spray extra on the dirty parts. I was with my son last week when he went into his car wash and they went completely around his truck with the sprayer. Also, it was like the guy could hardly wait to get back into the office. He did not smile and I thought he is not going to have a good day with that kind of attitude. My car came out ok, but not the best.5 months agoCar wash is okay. Vacuums are terrible – Last 5 times Ive been here I try to vacuum and just end up leaving as I can’t check every single vacuum to figure out what might be working or not. I’m a little disappointed in one of the cleaner parts about halfway through the wash on the right side barely spins. I wouldn’t imagine it would do a thorough job.
I also don’t understand why you have someone spray the left side of the vehicle but never the right.
3 weeks agoYour location on south Thomison in Springdale is sad. One of the rotating heads when you start is completely missing. Another as you move through doesn’t even turn. Shine component doesn’t even work. I have eight memberships. Will probably cancel all of them if the service doesn’t improve.

Highly recommend! From start to finish, this is a fun and fast experience with great quality. Even though there was a line, we were in and out quickly and even stopped to use the free vacuums. our truck is looking fantastic for a reasonable price. The staff were polite and answered all of our questions as well. See photos below for price info! I highly recommend if you are in the area.
The people here were fabulous, of course. I’m beginning to think that all the folks around here are like that. The dude at the window took the time to explain the whole process and the options to me since I was a newbie and I really appreciated that! It’s pretty cool how it drives your car through without crashing into the one ahead of you LOL
With that being said, I took my baby Prince through this car wash yesterday and it came out with dried on yellow spots all over it. The dude that came out a couple vehicles behind me did NOT have that problem so I don’t know what happened. He also had a black vehicle so they would’ve been obvious and he thoroughly checked after seeing my mess. I spent an hour carefully scrubbing off the spots I could reach and they came off with a bit of elbow grease. After that my baby was gorgeous again and super shiny. I managed to take a pic of the spots I was too short to reach but look at the shine on my Prince!! I did appreciate the free vacuums for sure. Not sure if it makes any difference but I got the $20 package—can’t remember what the dude called it. I noticed they had a separate line for app users which was cool. I believe you can pay for a subscription kinda deal here.
I am just really unsure about this place to be honest. If I had time to scrub spots off again I’d probably give it another shot if I’m back in the area. It could have been a fluke. Who knows?!
They have started to slack off on the chemicals used to make their upgraded washes better. I had the top tier membership (best wash) and noticed that after the wash my paint, although clean to the eye, when you run your fingers over it is very dry and clingy. This is from lack of wax in the wash. If you had a microfiber towel, you would actually feel it tug at the fibers. For those that care to, run down to the zips on W Sunset and get their top wash. You will definitely see the rainbow now missing at Tommy’s and after the wash when your car is dry, run your fingers over your paint, it is soft and smooth. That’s from the spray on waxes and protectants they put in their upper end washes. We went to Iowa last year and there was an older Tommy’s wash there, same thing. No rainbow, dry clingy paint. Once they get their membership up to a certain point, they start reeling back on those chemicals because they are expensive and if the people aren’t paying attention and don’t say anything then why not?
So if you wash here just go with the basic or +1 wash because you’re not getting what makes their advanced washes better than the entry level washes. You’re just paying more for the entry level wash.
Had a great experience at Tommy’s. My car was extra dirty after a road trip with lots of dirt roads. There was a bit of dirt left after the wash but Javen had me run through again and even got me signed up for a membership promotion they were running. Thanks for the great service!
