I usually just use the car wash at a gas station but I had a coupon my friend gave me so I decided to give it a try. I can say with confidence I will not be going back to the gas station! Sawyer was extremely helpful and very professional! He made me aware that they do much more beyond car wash services. The Main Street store did a great job on the interior. Too bad you can’t find 1 location that does everything. I love the people at all of the locations, got to say “Hi” to them!!4 months agoHaving been a business owner the most important aspect of a business is establishing trust with your consumer. I had my oil changed at this location on July 6, 2023. First, the recording outlining the services offered is at best misleading stating the price of an oil change being $49.99. Of course, as you find out, that is the starting point and can go up from there, and those prices are not mentioned in the recording.Secondly, when the associate checked my lights I was told that all were working fine. I questioned about the daylight driving lights specifically and was told that the were working. I knew that was not the case because I the DRL light was on, on my dash and I had checked them prior to my arrival and knew they weren’t working.
Third, when given the list of items that were overdue on my vehicle since my last visit (mind you this was my first visit with this particular vehicle) I was told the antifreeze had a bad smell and was probably nearing time to be changed. But, less than a year ago I had a timing belt and new water pump installed on my vehicle with all brand new antifreeze. I suppose anything is possible to have happened internally in the vehicle’s engine to the antifreeze in the last year, but highly improbable.
And fourth, no mention was ever made of the air filter nor the cabin filter.
Sorry, but no trust established here.

You would think with building these new sites and upgrading the other stores, they would come up with a much better drying solution4 months agoIt’s ok, but I find the service is impersonal. Sure it’s just a service center but I feel cars are a personal part of our assets. I’ve never had an issue with them at all but the focus always seems to be in and out. That’s it. So if you’re looking for a mechanic who’s going to look over your car, don’t go there. But for a car wash or quick oil change.. I mean it works. They’ve never left me stranded. I would trust them with that.5 months agoMy ex-wife really needed a car wash & vacuumed. She had never been there before and Niki was very helpful explained it all. Process went smooth & she has a clean car inside & out4 months agoDoing alot better than when first opened. Dont run out of towels like before but still need to have more. Like that they now leave a gap between cars. Had an incident early on where if i had not braked because like had stopped and since i was told to put my car on N in the entrance where it slopes down i would have hit the car in front. Stopped going for awhile even though i pay monthly. Staff has always been courteous when ive dealt with them. Facility has always been maintained cleaned.

Everyone was so pleasant and greeting with smiles and so respectful and kind. The entire crew that detailed my car did an amazing job. I was very happy with end results and will continue returning. I love the car wash and the detailing as well as the oil change. Thank you all Andrea, Sadie, Edward, DeeDee, Anthony, Tanner and of Course Nick for an awesome team effort. They were all steady working so unfortunately I was unable to share with you these wonderful young people and their faces but you definitely want to stop in and enjoy their great work and effort. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I was provided! I had several questions about tires/tire pressure/fuel consumption. Dakota took the time to answer and explain all the questions I had very efficiently. Although it was a quick service he made sure to make me feel valued as a customer. He greeted me with a smile, was friendly, very knowledgeable and even helped me upgrade my membership! This is the best Drive and Shine experience I’ve had and will be a repeat customer. Got “interior clean”. Center counsel not vacuumed or wiped down. Back hatch not vacuumed either. I know this wasn’t a full detail but I have been to other car washes and had a much better outcome for $50. They did say that I could go back thru but there would have been 7 cars in front of me and I didn’t have time to wait.
Do NOT give them your business! My husband visited them a few months back for a basic car wash service and they signed him up for their VIP subscription service without his knowledge/consent! We didn’t catch the reoccurring fee until now. When my husband brought it to their attention, they blamed him for not knowing even though, again, he did not know or consent and they never got any of his information which is required for the subscription service. Now they are telling him they may only be able to refund him some but not all of the money. Completely wrong and unprofessional for an establishment to basically steal money from you and then blame you for it👎🏼
4 years I gave them my money only to have scratches and my antenna ripped off. Employee assured me I would be taken care of. Angela (manager) told me to pound sand. Wouldn’t be an issue if I didn’t have to replace the WHOLE antenna base now. Unbelievable they wouldn’t take care of a long time customer. So as of today the wife, myself, my two kids, my parents and both my siblings families have ALL canceled. I’ll give John’s or Tom’s car wash my auto payment every month and so will my many many family members. Hope it was worth it
