a month agoLong waits, around 20 – 25 minutes for a stall. People spend a long time detailing their cars here. Do not recommend if you want to get in and out.a year agoThis is exactly what you expect and just a little more. Not a lot more – but at least a little. The payment system accepts credit cards (even tap to pay!) as well as cash and the controls are responsive. When you click to high pressure soap, it only takes a few seconds to kick on. The ‘air dry’ is INTENSE and super useful. Pro tip: set aside the last 90 seconds to blast your vehicle with the air dryer and you won’t really need to even use a towel. You can buy towels, wax, and other goodies at the convenient machines as well. Simple and useful stop!
2 months agoGreat self-service car wash. Best to go early in the morning if you don’t want to wait but everyone moves through pretty quickly. There are four stations and I have not seen any of them out of service in the 3 years I’ve been going there.2 months agoOwner doesn’t like dirty cars to get washed here I guess… too many cars from Burning Man came through today and he said “the dirt looks bad for other people coming in.” Would think dirt on ground and clean cars is good business for a car wash but that’s just me ¯_(ツ)_/¯ So now we’re going down the street to Villa Car WashEDIT: obvious exaggeration from the owner. There was a lot of dirt/mud in the truck bed – certainly not an inch, certainly not sand, and absolutely not illegal dumping. It’s water soluble dirt. I guess this is a good place to clean your car if it’s already clean but the owner doesn’t want you to bring it here if it’s dirty. Cleaned without issue at a neighboring self service station
4 weeks agoWell, I’ve been coming to this car wash for 20 years. I’ve had great experiences and horrible ones. Today was horrible! There is no timeframe so ppl will take a long time, to wash and vacuum. It’s not alot of space. So, I washed my car really quick, and got outta the way. I needed to dry it and there were no slots to park. So, I waited, once one was clear I drove up, as soon as I did another man, blocked me and took the spot. I was forced to park by the restaurant nextdoor, George’s Burgers! I tried to not park in there parking lot! However, no choice! While there, a homeless man was coming towards me and seemed harmful and it, made me uncomfortable! So, I hurried to finish. A woman in a blk BMW SUV, was coming up, she saw me throw away trash in the restaurant trash bin ( I assume she is the Mngr of the restaurant), but I was actually picking up trash off her ground and she saw that n asked me to leave. I understand the property issue, but I was already leaving. And, waa somewhat forced, since i couldnt oark on the stret or talky anywhere. It started to clear, once i fimished and when she pulled up, that’s what she saw! I’ve spent money at both of those place, for years. The woman didn’t make it easy for me to EXPLAIN the issue. Id like it if the owner wd set boundaries instead of the place running itself. Anybody can do anything they want and if something goes wrong you have no defense. The guy that swerps up, always come really close to my car, and that is slways wrired, because he doesnt do that to anyone elsr, I’ve watched, he also doesn’t know is sometimes my mother is with me and she sees everything. It was a bit emotional forme and its upsetting at the same time, because Its the only good wash n variety wash in town. So, it’s really hard to deal with!

4 weeks agoNeeded a quick wash so I stopped by and got the self serve and was able to vacuum my car before I ran it through the automatic drive through wash. Quick 10 min of my day and towards the end when you drive out, they then hand towel dry the remaining droplets. I believe it was a total of $16. Everyone was quick and professional! Thank you!a month agoJust moved here from MD and my car was filthy. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad because I had a wonderful experience! Gustavo was very kind and they offer free cookies and coffee. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier!!3 months agoWorst service ever. My car was still dirty and dripping water.11 months agoDear Steve. I was trying to reach you on the phone for couple weeks., But with no luck. I left messages and you never called me back. So, I decide to use Internet to reach you. Maybe I am wrong, and you are not the owner of Beach Cities Car Wash in Venice, CA and Guillermo G. is owner. (That’s what he told me.) But I did check the company record and you are the owner of Beach Cities ca Wash in Venice, CA. Here is my story. Few months ago, I come to carwash and Mr. Guillermo refuse to serve my car, because I was blocked by owner. I ask him what a problem is. He told me that one of my drivers was rude to him and they blocked my car. I explain to him that I just bought this car from other company and by description of driver, I have no one even closed to his description. Also, I told him that I am the owner of Winn Limo Service, Inc. and we are using your Car wash for more than four, since we moved our operation to Marina Del Rey. Guillermo was very rude to me and told me to leave the property. I was upset, by I left Car Wash and moved my services to another Car Wash. AND YOU LAST MY BUSINESS. Few weeks ago, I was driving with my client. He asks me if its ok to stop and wash his Mercedes S550, before we are going to a meeting. We stopped at Beach Cities carwash and??? As soon as Mr. Guillermo thought me, he told my client that he will not wash his car and ask him to leave. I was quite and I don’t know what to do. I was so ashamed. I even offer to leave the promises and let my client to wash his car. Guillermo refused. My client is owner of Hollywood Stars Limousine Service. He used your Carwash for 8 years. He is 20 years in business. He told me that he will never use your Carwash too. YOU LAST HIS BUSINESS. I check your website, which is very good website. Our Staff will greet you with the smile and is always prepared to help. We are proud to offer the very Best to customer service. Then I visit Yelp and Google. And if you never read business reviews, I will mention just few of them: *Gustavo told me that I was not going to be welcome to wash my car there. He told me could be rude with anyone he wishes. Yellow,Black,Old or Latino or wherever he wishes to be rude. *Horrible customer service VERY RACIST. *Poor service e and RUDE MANAGER GUSTAVO. *I saw a manager on the floor I believe his name was Gustavo and he was plain rude. *The manager Gustavo needs an anger management class and is unprofessional in his manner. *The way Gustavo A. the site manager speaks to customers and his staff needs to be corrected. And More Review like this. If this guy was working for me, I would fire him yesterday. Good Luck with your business. But for now, I will refer all Limousine Company that I brought to your business somewhere else.a month ago$13 for a drive through and they kinda towel dried it…not bad, not bad at all for a quick get the dirt off wash.🤙follow me for more honest reviews
