Looks like their crew was more interested in the football match than getting the work donea month agoDo NOT go here if you just want to get a quick car wash!!! They offer ‘Express” car washes (vs full-service on menu as well), but they’ll just put your car in queue with all the full service car washes. Hence, it’s just sitting there for 15-20 minutes for what should be a 5 minute car wash 😤🤬 And then you’ll end up being late to any meetings/appointments you might have after, because they don’t disclose that upfront.On a more positive note: it is nice that they added the Chevron gas station, so you can fill up before your car wash
a year ago2 hours and $80 later completely disappointed. I would have been better off with $20 wash. No difference. Doesn’t even look like it was vacuumed. Just sprayed some areas and called it good. The car sat for 30 minutes while they dried a dozen or so cars behind it. I will NEVER go back. The photos are after the 2 hour “express” detail.4 months agoDropped my car off at 11am and bought the $300 Full Wash Package. It was taken into the back right away as no other cars were back there. I waited and waited. I came back at 3pm and saw it was still back there with the doors open. I waited a little bit longer thinking it was being still worked on. I then walked up to one of the workers and they said it will be done in an hour once he finishes the car he is working on. I went up to the guy in the front and asked him what was happening to my car. He radioed the manager, and he relayed back to me that it was forgotten about because the person who was cleaning it left for the day and nobody else took over. when I spoke to the manager in person, he didn’t realize the person who radioed him told me everything. The manager told me they were just really busy and haven’t had time to work on it yet and it will take another 2-3hrs before they could finish. I told him I needed the car, and he gave me a ticket to come back another time to get it washed. My car was still soaked on the inside when I drove away with their cleaning solution not fully cleaned up.4 months agoThis car wash has been great year in and year out. I live in Pleasanton now and still drive out here for my washes/details. The manager, Alex, goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care if you bring details to his attention. The staff is friendly and they will do what it takes to make sure you are happy with your car wash! I have yet to have a bad experience here unlike other car washes. They are fast and deliver as promised.

4 months agoUpdate 6/23/2023 – I had a quick moment today where I needed my 2004 GX470 to be washed and vacuumed. I was offered a wax and shine within 30 minutes. It was done in time and more importantly it was spectacular. Just like new and pristine. Thank you friends. I hope that your business continues to thrive in Danville.Chamois has been my go to place for car wash for over 20 years. From interior detailing to waxing of my vehicles. Always polite and plenty of workers.

Highly recommended.2 months agoVery bad experience today, so I came last time with my one car and got it detailed by paying $100 for carpet which I found overpriced, but job was well done I can work with that, But the problem is not that,,,,, AT RECEPTION THERE IS A DEAL WHEN YOU PRE PAY FOR 10 WASH YOU CAN GET 2 FOR FREE, I ASKED THE GUY SINCE I KNOW THEY SELL GIFT CARD AT COSTCO FOR THE SAME PLACE, I ASKED HIM CAN I BUY THAT DEAL WITH COSTCO GC.? Perfect for Tesla paint and glass. $446 months agoGreat job cleaning my car! Took them less than 10 min on a busy Saturday afternoon to wash the outside and vacuum and wipe down the inside. I’m sure you get the point. But pictures are worth a thousand words. Take a look at the pictures I took. As you can see, I took pictures of crevices and places where most detailing service providers don’t clean properly. In this case, Matt and his Service company proved they are the best I have ever seen to detail my car.
The pictures show the quality of the work. I wish I could also show in pictures the quality of the person. Matt communicated well, set expectations, clearly had a customer service mindedness about him, and was a real professional. As a result, I don’t plan to go anywhere else except back to his company to get my cars detailed in the future.
UPDATED: So I have been going back and forth about changing my review because Matt was super nice and accommodating but the more things I see post car wash the more I am getting annoyed. I immediately noticed my stirring wheel still had gunk on it but I used alcohol wipes and it easily came off so no big deal…then I noticed my vents were still dusty; there were more gunk/dirty in other areas of the car that were easily removed with alcohol wipes (see picture of door panel below). I just kept see things that were annoying me more and more but this was only $100 so maybe this is the down side…what took me over the edge was when I opened my trunk (which I rarely use) and saw that it hadn’t even been vacuumed. I was just going to ignore this and see the positive, that Matt had done majority of the work and I was just going to have to clean it to my satisfaction. I don’t ever want to hurt a business so I was just going to delete my original post and leave it at that; but I used his services because his reviews were flawless. I am a student so yes it was only $100 for interior detailing but that is 1/3 of my monthly discretionary budget (so I did my research and I drove 1 hour to get the best possible deal). I am not saying not to use the service because Matt was great and he did do a majority of the things I expected but this is a more honest review.
Initial Review: Overall, Matt was nice and he let me come to his house for my interior cleaning. It wasn’t perfect…my stirring wheel still had gunk on it (which was probably an innocent oversight because he focused on all the nook and crannies of the car) but because he used stream to clean it I just used a wet wipe and it came right off. This was my first time getting my car professionally cleaned and I would use his service again. Great value!
Fantastic job. Andy was on time, professional and did a great job. Prices were very fair. I would highly recommend them. We will be using them again in the future.
I spoke with Matt, the owner, directly from the number on the website and was able to arrange mobile detailing at my home for three days later. The tech, Ivan, was courteous, professional, thorough and trustworthy, alerting me to possible charges for super dirty cars ahead of time (mine wasn’t), which I appreciated since the service was gifted to me. After a few hours, my car sparkled like new! I sincerely appreciate their service and saved Matt’s number for future use!
Matt was great. His attention to detail is top notch. My car looks better then when I got it at the dealership. Highly recommend Winter White Car Wash!!
