3 months agoPaid 25 for the works. Pull in the bay.. noone… then a kid comes out.. sprays the drivers side only….. then walks back in his little office.. I go through… this is NOT what I paid for… awful….3 months agoWaste of money. I had a long road trip which caused all the bug splatters on my car. I’ve been to other similar car washes after road trips and they’ve gotten at least 75% of the bug splatters off. But this place did pretty much nothing. Her customer service skills are awesome and she explained everything so well! She deserves a raise! An employee there, Summer was most helpful helping me transfer my monthly wash service I signed up for, to a new vehicle I bought. I imagine her being there is helping the entire operation. However, the women that work there that are supposed to wash off your car before you go through the wash, they just stare at you and stare at your car while they talk on their cell phone. They don’t even bother pretending to wash the car off. Not cool10/9 Update. Thanks for the response. I’ve been through a few times since with my membership and not a single person has washed the car off… perhaps the sprayer hose is broken or perhaps it’s no longer part of the service?

5 months agoI had a voucher for a $25 wash from corporate because the last two times I went the vacuums were off. This time, even being the best wash available it did not clean my vehicle and the vacuums were so weak they would not stay in the holders or clean up my toddlers crumbs. For some reason the wash shut off 3 times and sounded sn alarm as I was inside. These facilities used to be amazing and I’m just not sure at this point what is going on but it is disappointing. I had to clean my car by hand after leaving.4 months agoI was working in Roanoke Virginia for 5 months. I love my car clean all the time, so i purchased a month to month car was. I came in to the car wash on Rutgers in Roanoke on June 7th 2023 to cancel my monthly payment it was a young lady who canceled it for me. I was heading back home. I looked on my account this morning, and your company took out the monthly payment! $29.95I tried calling to speak to someone, no one answered. I need someone to get back to me ASAP!

We don’t go anywhere else with our vehicles. I always do the $30 option for TWO washes.2 years agoGreat monthly packages and have plenty spaces for vacuuming your car which is great for Pandemic crisis. The kids who are working here don’t care. They didn’t check if your tires were in the railing. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars

Jeff, Cleo & Tj went out and above with the most outstanding Customer Service especially Jeff the manger who assist me with and issue that he had and he had no problem solving. My whole all experience at Zip Car Was Amazing and so Refreshing to receive such great customer service. This location is the best like the other commenters have said. I visited here today with my company van and was very pleased with the service provided especially from Jeff. He explained everything to me about possibly getting a fleet account for our business and everything. Everyone was very polite and respectful along with fully explaining everything option available. Very highly recommend this location. Jeff you are awesome and run a wonderful location with great people.
Fast easy and simple car wash right off of Route 460 in a Kroger parking lot. Nice vacuum station with free glass cleaner and clean towels.
We go here a few times a week to vacuum our SUV. 10/10 Would recommend! TJ gave my husband and I awesome service and explained the $10 promo bundle in great detail for us! The vacuums are very powerful, they also have a floor matt cleaner. The car wash is great definitely check out the $10 promotion it’s usually a $35 dollar value it’s good for a whole month you can get up 2 car washes a day and unlimited time for the vacuums. This only applies for 1 vehicle but they do offer family plans!
Best Zips Car Wash I have ever been to. In Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Car wash cleans my car without scratching it. Shines tires great. Always towels and supplies available to finish the shine on my vehicle and to clean inside of windows, etc. Jeff Doyle and the crew at this location are always friendly and polite and very helpful. Love this location and the people that are there.
