7 months agoemployees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.
3 months agoCompletely redesigned entry and pay kiosk experience! Should be more efficient when multiple cars are lined up. Unfortunately, there are no longer any gas pumps there.6 months agoA lot has changed in the last 6 months of this area. Left originally because of constant watermarks every time I went through this car wash. Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. Thank you for making me a returning customer again!2 months agoI needed to wash the car just before noon and to my surprise, it was “free car wash” day! I somehow timed it right so I only waited 15 mins in line but according to my wife, by evening, the line was SOOO LONG that the Redmond Brown Bear line was clogging up Redmond Way adding 15 mins to the poor commuters. Sorry commuters… Brown Bear personnel always project a happy, cheerful demeaner that you can’t help but come away with a smile. Thanks for a great experience!!3 months agoMy daily commuter was in dire need of a wash and vacuum, so today I took it in for my first full service wash here. I was expecting an exterior clean, vacuum, door jam clean, and hand dry.When one of the employees there noticed my car wasn’t as clean as it could be, he took it back for a second run through and gave it his personal attention. So I got the full service wash, and what felt like a mini detail; other places would’ve needed an appointment to get this level of service. I’m thoroughly impressed, and will easily decide to come back again. Thanks Josh!
a year agoBuyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!! Pink Elephant destroyed my car’s roof and above door body. . They scratched the side skirts when loading me into the car wash. I had two body shops verify that the damage could have only been caused by their car wash. I went in to confront the manager and they told me that they were not responsible. This is the only place my car has ever been washed. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. My insurance is in the process of trying to hold these slippery guys accountable.6 months agoJust try to avoid the $47 car wash package because honestly this doesn’t makes any sense. It’s supposed to include three layers of ceramic walks, and a professional, cleaning exterior and interior .I paid $47 but my F150 pick up truck looks like drove in the rain for 30 minutes.

3 months agoWe took our truck in to get it extra clean to trade it in. These guys worked extra hard and did such a great job cleaning our construction work dirty level truck. We got offered 600 more on our trade. Great work guys 😀

Sadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.
Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.
I just left this place and paid $35 for this car wash only to find half of my car not vacuumed. The trunk was not touched as well. I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money,
long wait times and stress.
Fantastic job under the new management. Prices are very reasonable when compared to a detail job at around 20%, but obviously not as thorough since you get in/out in 20 minutes. However, I went with the most expensive package and couldn’t believe how much I got given the price was just barely two times a normal car wash high end package. Any poor review of this place are from previous management or people who lack sense to recognize value. Highly recommend this place. Go big package and tip well. They work hard in 20 minutes.
Just horrible. Deceptive pricing, lack of attention to detail, an unconcerned manager named Raul who said dog hair was to hard to vacuum up. Total cost if you want your car actually cleaned is $50 dollars assuming you trust their ability to vacuum. Save money by driving into Bellevue & getting your car washed there, even with the gas prices, it beats this car wash. Huge disappointment, Complete scam with their prices.
