5 months agoWhen you use your debit card or credit card for the vacuum machine or the the hand car wash, it automatically charges your card $10 even if you use it for three minutes and the charge should only be $3. Even if you press the stop button, the machine stops working but it doesn’t stop charging you.It is impossible to get in touch with someone to dispute the charges. If you go here, I recommend using cash.
4 years agoSimple, fast way to wash and vacuum your car, but both quarter machines have been ‘out of order’ for weeks and I can never get my credit card to work so that’s not a payment option either. Bring your own change!3 months agoListed products / services on self serve & automatic car wash not effective. Seems all products are heavily diluted with water. Attendant will harass and hound you to leave immediately, even if you have availed their services. I recommend going to other car washes.3 years agoI’m annoyed at the fact that the vacuums state $2 to start but in actuality, there’s a $10 charge at minimum to your card or cash.Just change the signs so it reflect the actual deposit needed to vacuum.
2 years agoThe self wash is nice to have but the payment is weird. I had no idea how much it was charging me and I kept having to reinsert my card. There’s no employees around so I really was just guessing as I went along. The pressure on the pre-wash was very poor, but the other settings were great! They have vacuums as well which is nice. And a place to pull over after and dry off your car. Haven’t tried the automatic wash; it was too busy.

a month agoFalse advertisement, no more towel dry. The sign in the front advertised 5 washes for $35 but when pulled in, the attendant said they don’t offer that anymore due to the new ownership. Also, the new owner ship got rid of towel dry as well. The cheapest wash option is $12 and still left my car halfway cleaned. 👎👎👎a year agoA friend gave me a gift cert to this place for a detailing. My car is 8 yrs old and it looks new! Tony did a great job on the interior and exterior. Highly recommended!!5 months agoCredit card machine not working, one of the self survice bays had machinery in it. The place doesn’t hold a candle to scrub a Dub. The place is a dump. The drive thru car wash looks ancient.8 months agoWaited 20 mins for a touchless car wash that used no soap at all? All it did was spay my car with water for a few seconds. No towel dry service either as advertised. Waste of time and money.9 months agoI used the Car Wash after the weekends record low temperatures 2/3-4/23 along with the advertising coupon for $2. off on the back of my receipt which made it worth the trip.

I paid for “the works” package. The wash did a great job on the upper part of our car but left the bottom passenger side and wheel wells filthy. The passenger door side panel was covered in dirt and the wheel wells muddy as well.
There’s no parking on site to stop and look at the outside of your car after the wash so I couldn’t stop and spit check the cleaning until parking at the nearby Stop and Shop. When I returned to the wash, they had closed for the day (6:02pm on a Sunday).
Customer service is really good, and Anthony does a really good job of explaining what plan covers what. 5 stars for that!
Regarding the car wash:
1. It definitely cleans the dirt and grim.
2. The rolling mittens ( the red one) sometimes hit the car hard – so much so that my rear view mirror is pulled outward.
This happens only sometimes, so I believe if the person aligning the car into the conveyor belt positions the car cautiously, this wouldn’t happen.
3. Some dried droppings are not cleaned. You can come back again and show them. They’ll apply a liquid before letting you into the conveyor belt again, which helps get rid of those better.
I really wanted to like this place because it was recommended multiple times by my neighbors. I paid $45 for the highest level car wash and basic interior cleaning. Interior was fine since I just got the basic, but after the wash I noticed there are dozen of tiny tar-like black specks on my car hood. It was specifically on the hood with a few on the side doors. It’s very sticky and difficult to remove, didn’t seem like dirt bugs or pollen. Not sure what happened but I hope the team can address this 🙁
Well this is what you get for 39 interior plus! I come here all the time, but yesterday really disappointed! I paid total 49$ for what ? I wonder they didn’t even clean the floor mat, and just see the picture!
This is a great car wash but I came here to sing the praises of their employee, Jorge. Yesterday as I was vacuuming my car before going through the car wash and accidentally locked myself out of my car. The office was closed for the day but I was able to find Jorge and he was able to help me easily and safety get my car unlocked. I was so grateful to have his help and because of his great customer service and attitude, I will definitely continue bringing my business here.
