Julio and the other team members are always kind every time I come and great they provide great customer service.6 months agoI don’t recommend this place, my friend had already warned me about this place and I did not listen. My rear left door frame came off and broke. I was told I would be getting a call back in 3 days after I submitted a claim but no one has contacted me yet. After reading reviews I’m pretty sure they won’t fix it as my car is a 2014 Kia Optima and per reviews I’ve read they only take responsibility of newer cars. We trust our vehicles and try to give them business and they don’t care about the customer complaints. I already cancelled my membership.a month agoGreat location. Angel helped me out with tire shine. Great customer servicein the last weekMenifee’s vacuum was not working for 2 wks. 4 months agoThe place for all the car wash is pretty much going well and it looks good, I would say thank You for find a way to help to find a better place for the car wash.5 months ago$5 for 10 minutes. I feel like this is the standard for most self serve drive thru locations. The pressure was more than enough. All of the functions on the dial worked perfectly fine and the air dryer was a huge plus that I haven’t seen at many other locations. It’s great for blowing air out of mirror crevasses etc.5 months agoI really like this car wash. I can really wash my car the way I like it. This is the best car wash I have been to. They have all the tools you need to ensure your car gets washed, dryed, vacuumed, and more.2 months agoIt’s super easy for a quick in and out car wash, and the area is super clean4 months ago$10 got me 18:30 which was plenty of time to wash and dry my car with their new air blow dryers.

I enjoy coming to this carwash each and everytime ! The staff are very friendly and attentive. Abraham ensured I had everything I needed with a very friendly and positive attitude ! I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
I’ve been coming here for years and loved the service. But recently they have been constantly closed meaning the $32 membership had been useless. The issue for members is that it’s a 20-30 minute drive to other locations. We drive all the way to this locations and have no notice of closure waisting our time and money. I called customer service asking for a month credit to resolve the downtime they had but they would only credit 25%. Now we’re in month 2 and it’s STILL down. So getting that small credit still won’t resolve the issue. It’s very frustrating that we’re paying money for a service we can’t use and they simply can’t credit customers properly.
I just wanted to drop a quick note to express my complete satisfaction with the recent car wash I received at your establishment, as well as the outstanding service provided by Chase.
The car looks absolutely fantastic – it’s like it just rolled off the showroom floor!

I recently got a new car so I decided to get a wash and I got great customer service from Lili and Esther. My car was spotless and they let me borrow a towel for any spots the wash could have missed. I will definitely come back and start a membership!
This was my first time at this car wash and my experience was great! Chase was super helpful, patient and kind and answered all my questions since I didn’t know much about anything! My car windows had a lot of grime and it’s soo much better in such a short time!! Definitely recommend! Next time, I’ll make sure to have time to vacuum the inside. But still pretty awesome for a quick wash.
