Whatever they use cleans it deep and keeps it clean for at least a week despite the rain. They hand brush the car at the entrance, then foam, “octopus scrubber”, power wash, another rinse, wash and power dry. Outside in the shaded areas, they have powerful vacuums and air hoses for the interior and they have clean towels for final drying & touchups. They restock them frequently; I’ve been there couple of times and there are always available. I think they operate with recycle water and solar power so is better for the environment than washing at home. Washes cost less during the week than on the weekends, they also have attractive monthly packages.11 months agoTerrible customer service and terrible car wash. Just look. Not even 70% of the dirt off. I understand the guarantee of not getting everything but this is unacceptable. I hope the manager reads this, because when I complained your staff about this butchery of a job, a staff told me, in his own words said“should go to a better place” and if your workers are talking bad about this business that speaks a thousand words of why not to come here. I was also insulted and said I should of payed for the best one, it was a 7 dollar difference and I doubt the quality of work would of done a difference. 2 weeks agoI live in a different area, but whenever it’s time to clean up the car, I will drive all the way here since it’s the best self serve car wash I’ve been to. Plenty of spaces to clean the car, as well as vacuums. Overall, great place!3 weeks ago$2.50 for about 3 + minutes. Change machine for 1 and 5 dollar bills. No credit card/debit payment. Wish it did, 3 minutes goes very fast! Pretty good overall, scrub brushes could be better, but overall pretty decent place…in the last weekIt has pretty good pressure and pretty good time for your money. I would recommend this personally I just do high pressure, wash and detail with a dry and wax myself but everybody to their own.3 years agoVery clean. Everything in working order. Lots of room for detailing. Good shade for detailing at the right time of day. No external water other than the wash bays. If you need water post wash, get it before time is up on your washStill love this car wash. So happy they are open again. However, I am very irritated when someone decides the posted rules are not for them and on duty staff does nothing to enforce the posted rules. I watched a patron do a complete detail ( silver Nissan Sunday, May 31 between 2:30 and 3:30 pm) in a wash bay while several cars drove around and left due to all wash bays were full.

I’ve been a member for about 5 years now. They have improved and changed the vacuum system out and also updated inside the car wash. The only problem I have is that the tire shine system never works correctly. It only does one side of the car and it sprays so much tire shine on the tires that I need to remove it after with a towel. Other wise it is all over the car after driving. If they can fix that then it will be a descent car wash place.
Great experience and the new management is really cleaning up the place. It seems to be a bit more organized. At first I was skeptical because they made me put my membership sticker on the window but I’m guessing it was a policy that wasn’t enforced before. The only con is no security cameras. I like to feel protected while cleaning out my car.
First time using zips and probably the last time. My car was mildly dirty. No mud on my car. I did the basic plus package for $18 and it didn’t get rid of many of the spots on the hood, grill, and bumper. I would probably have to pass through 4 times before it got it. The only thing that helped was the kind staff.
Went to zips car wash, very good experience and outstanding customer service!! The manager assisted us and took good care of us!! Will be back soon.. definitely recommend!!
Charges you $25 for you to then have to clean your car for 40 min still afterward
Talked to the “manager” and she tells me she can’t help me and that just because I paid $25 doesn’t guarantee that you’re gonna get your car clean …
Oh and the vacuums do not work.
